This gentleman takes a great deal of time to say nothing. This is a serious issue and he literally just walked in circles and refused to say what the Bible says about homosexuality. There is nothing helpful here at all.
Unfortunately the thumbnail and the title of the video “is God Anti-Gay?” is the title of one of Sam Allberry’s books. Perhaps the owner of this channel didn’t put too much thought into the title of the video, who knows; but the video itself is awesome because (1) Sam shared his story, (2) Sam explained what God says about Sam’s concerns, and (3) Sam’s decision to believe God’s word and follow Christ, instead of following his sexual proclivity. He has integrity and respects God's word and wants to honor Him. This is very helpful. If Christ is our Lord we should live for Him and not our sexual desires (as Sam clearly stated in his message). Sam may be same-sex attracted for the rest of his life- but he has made a decision to live a celibate life for Christ because Christ means that much to him. If that did not make sense to you, oh well. Peace to you.
Sam is a prodigy of vaughan roberts who is also gay, in sams book "is god anti gay" he calls same sex attraction equal to having a common cold. Having homosexual desires is an action /desire of the heart which is sin. Mat 5:28 . When saved we are a new creation ,the old nature has died and we take on the new nature in Christ.2cor 5,17. Would you tell a saved murderer to continue on having desires of murdering someone or tell a saved rapist to go on having desires to rape? .This false docterine of Alberry and Roberts is infiltrating the church and it has a detremental affect on the youth. The Church needs to seriously examine itsself when it is giving a platform to this heresy. May God remove the spititual blindness from Alberry and Roberts. Pray for the christian youth as they are under attack by satin through these men and pray that pastors would have discernment in these last days.
