Majority of them doesn't have agency or don't have proper training unlike in Korea the contestants are already trained haha. Filipinos are naturally Talented
It's an IDOL competition. I think their forming a global group like up to 7 members. They are 13 to 22 years old if I'm not mistaken. The Judges/coaches, producers directors, writers, staffs and hosts are Filipinos and Koreans. And for all I know the final 7 will train in Korea.

They called the contestants as Dreamchasers. This show is called Dreamaker. Started at 62 until the final 7.
The voted final 7 is now called Hori7on

#changgang It's a survival show, and I think out of the 60+ participants (Dream chasers?), a final group of 7 (not sure about the exact number) will debut as the next boy group for ABS-CBN/MLD Entertainment. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
Dream Maker is another Talent search of ABS-CBN. The Search for the Next Global Pop Group is ABS-CBN’s newest idol survival reality competition program. The show features a pool of talented young males called "Dream Chasers" who undergo rigorous talent training to find the 7 standouts who will become the next generation’s Male Global Pop group. The program also marks ABS-CBN’s partnership with Korean entertainment companies, MLD Entertainment and KAMP Korea.
Hi Wilson, I believe these boys are all contestants of a survival show.. the seven last men standing will be formed into the next PPop boy group under the partnership of ABS-CBN (Philippines) and MLD Entertainment (Korean) network companies. The show has both Korean and Philippine mentors.

I believe you are not familiar with idol survival shows.. this is like the Korean survival show Produce 101. Here is the link of that show with their own theme song.

Basically, Dream Maker aims to create a 7-member global pop boy group.. these boys will undergo several missions (mostly performances). Fans also can vote the boys to prevent them being eliminated.
The group that will be formed will go to Korea and train, then later, will debut as a global pop group (The Japanese girl group XG is an example of a global pop group. All are Japanese members but sings in English and have promoted in Korea)
