Kim Sun-young is a stellar actor who has an incredible body of work. She transforms effortlessly with every character and has you believing everything she portrays. Bae Doona is so still and present that you are compelled to follow her every performance, she is fearless. Gong Yoo also has a stillness and depth that he displays with all his characters that takes you into his heart and you just want to stay there with him. He really has a gravitas on screen that just pulls you in. Lee Mu-saeng and Lee Joon and all the cast are also excellent in their roles.
I agree,Bae Doona was incredible in Sense8.She is masterful,and Gong Yoo has always an air of a gentleman 👏 🙌 And Sun Young transforms herself for each role,and she's played everything!! Looking forward to seeing more of Moo Saeng and Lee Joon,and I'm loving catching up on older shows these guys have been in. Thanks kdramas!!

Bae Doona is a wonderful actress but she has one fundamental flaw: She can play dark, brooding emotionally disturbed characters or totally hardcore badass fighters but the second she smiles all that goes away because her smile is SOOOO SWEEEET.

The series was amazing. I started out alone but one by one each one of my family memebers joined me as the first ep got them totally hooked😂. And its rare for them to join since they always tease me for watching kdramas so props to the cast and the writers and the directors and all of the team members for making this amazing series in which every moment was full of suspense and got us hooked till the last minute❤️
i sure hope they’d release a full version of all these behind clips they used in this vid, they rly seemed to have such a fun time playing with each other between filming and it’s such a refreshing change from the dark and gloomy atmosphere of the actual show that you can’t help but want to see more

Even though they kept it light and laughed a lot, it does not detract from the fact that these are very talented actors, great at their craft. As a Gong Yoo fan- I got into k-drama after Coffee Prince- really want to see this. Discovered some new actors- especially Bae Doona whose work I have not had the opportunity to come across. This was fun.
This is the best drama I have seen in awhile. Each actors did their part so great. I can't say enough about the actor. Just love 💘 Gong he is wonderful.
The first few scenes were like ASMR in the Silent Sea, it really holds up to its title "Silent" but you can feel the impact in their acting. Many people complain about the pacing but for me I actually liked how it went from building up the mystery to uncovering the secrets. I have always been a fan of thriller genre's that are fast paced but here in The Silent Sea, the pacing definitely fits the plot and I liked it. There was nothing wrong with the pacing at all at least for me.

Oh man, this went by so quickly! I've been waiting for The Silent Sea since it was announced and have put off watching it because I'm already sad that it will be over.
