Oh hey, completely missed this video until seeing it recommended today and thinking that the grid in the thumbnail looked familiar. Thanks for another solve, you've been solving them faster than I have been making them. 14:53 I keep forgetting to reword the killer cage rule to specify that the sum doesn't need to be in the top-left corner, there was some logic to determine the placement of the cage that you seemed to manage to skip. Not super important because it is always in the top-left corner due to the tools I use placing it there automatically, but I didn't want the solver to know that in this one because I thought it was an interesting deduction. Anyway I'm glad you enjoyed it.
And now I have missed your comment for a few days. You know, usually I try to be better about letting the setter know, but clearly I dropped the ball here. Thank you for another great set! Well, I guess if I had applied the logic I used just moments later I could have proved where the cage would have to get its 1 from instead of using the assumed cage layout to place the 1. Oh well, at least it wasn't some crazy leap in logic XD
At 25:00 ish I really didn't follow your "x-wing" on 2s. In box 3 the 2 didn't seem to be locked into c8/c9 as there was no pair/triple etc. Would love if someone can explain :) Edit: And as soon as I finish that thought I remember the sandwich clue, meaning the 2 is indeed locked into c8/9. Sorry! Cool puzzle and nice solve.
Hmm, it is not coming up under comments that are "held for review" by UA-cam. My discord is @luciansrule, and you can also find me through my discord linked in the description ;)@@m3rrys0ngstr3ss

No problem! At first, I didn't even follow my logic...glad you enjoyed!
Ugh, sandwich sums, both so elegant and so infuriating!
Set my first puzzle, and while it's hella ugly, it's solvable. How do I send it to you?
Haha, yes indeed!
You can share the link here or send it to me on discord. I look forward to giving it a try :)
Huh, been trying to drop the link here in a comment, but it doesn't seem to be working. What's your discord?
