In my experience to ex-president J. A Kofour, he make the nation open & listening 👂 to the local people more than government officials. For example, free insurance in gh 🇬🇭 started from bono east Nkoranza when Mr President went there... He listened to them, having empathic for his own people's more than his property. You can see that, according to his comments he mentioned only ex-president Kofi A Busia alone, due to the qualities he saw in Busia rulership. There is a saying : " wise man remains in signing " 🤘

President Kufuor no matter how great seems to lack belief is the people of Ghana. I know he has his issues with Nkrumah but when Nkrumah says the black man is capable of his own affairs Kufuor rather trusts and copies everything from the west. Just my observation.
