Maybe there wasn't a spec`d mil requirement but sure there should be a proper PPE requirement without a doubt. not taking away his workmanship away but will not be around long if he continues in this fashion.
Doug I think that's bollocks what u wrote down yes he doesn't have any ppe but why would he need a wet film gauge just looking at it hes applying more the 150 microns wet. I think he has the skill set no need to busn him down to the ground just because he hasn't a mask .
thats not a good practice .dust mask is the one used for spray painting.dustmask means for dust protection only.it cannot support the vapor of a paint.the company of this guy need more trainings to put their employees safe.

In some places you apply the paint 6 times in others 3 or 4, so DFT there will be a difference of about 100qm after each coat applied.
