Would love to see your fire Startjng Collection of ferro rods and Flint steel strikers. You must have a bit of a collection going brother.
Happy fire it up Friday. I love using fire pistons. I’ve only tried with char cloth but it’s always worked for me. Hope you have a great weekend and stay safe. 👍👍
This was my first time using one. So i was learning on the fly. Feeling my way thru it. Great little tools. Always great to see you brother! Give our love to Kat! 😊👍
happy fire it up Friday Jason, I found the fire piston too frustrating to use and stopped using mine, too inconsistent. One minute they are working fine, the next for no reason they stop.
Thanks Jason! Btw - I saw a video of a guy carbonizing cloth (cotton?) in a tin can over open fire (can was closed with a hole in the top - a candy container). He used the results as a firestarter. Have you tried it? Kind regards from Germany and a nice WE y’all! 🙏🫶
