- Sky News host Daisy Cousens says a recent speech given by US Vice-President Kamala Harris was “quite extraordinary”.
Speaking at the American Rescue Plan Workforce Development Summit on Wednesday, Ms Harris said “you need to get to go … and need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work … and get home.”
“Anything would be better than whatever it was that Kamala just said,” Ms Cousens said.
“That was quite extraordinary.”
As an American I'm thoroughly embarrassed by our idiotic administration, but I absolutely love watching sky news and their take on it! Brightens my day everytime!

Down to the point of famine and wheat prices... Among other things. Yet those are only 4 of many things occuring. I'm blessed to be able to observe the fall of man. Even then Im ready to go home I didn't expect it to be akin to watching stupidity fueled by anger with no power to change it.

As an American, I too am embarrassed by this administration. They go beyond inept, ridiculous, and downright shameful. But this is what happens when elections are stolen.
And we all know it. They literally changed the entire voting system with mail in ballots to get the vegetable in chief in there. I'm partly convinced this was a crucial cause of enforcing lockdowns.

Once you get a job by charming the politician, you just keep charming the public and chumming the charm, when and wherever it's needed. Then you charm a man who becomes your high earning husband, and because of your genetics and sex, and some recent plastic surgery, you get a nomination by a national party to the second highest office in the land, you're on your way!
Notice that in the charm school system of success, no character is ever developed, skills are never obtained or used, and as far as merit goes, you're worthless. You've got that image though! You check off the woke boxes that make an equally incompetent set of your boss's handlers happy... and you're set for life! We're spending a minimum of $90/week on gas for my husband to get to work, tried to schedule the bus (which would be $30/week and he'd be getting to work at least half an hour late every day) but they're booked solid throughout the entire summer and have been since the beginning of June. No. Everything is just getting worse.
The Biden administration’s idea of expanding “access to transportation” refers to public transportation. They are killing access to transportation with their fossil fuels ban. Therefore it WILL be a very big problem. Too many people are still driving their own cars.

The schedules would force her to waste a tremendous amount of time and she'd be unable to help people who don't live on or near bus routes or who need help before the first buses of the morning or after the last buses of the evening. People who work at stores in shopping centers or the mall can't work the first or last shift while using public transit because they either need to be there to open before the first bus of the day or have to stay to close after the last bus of the day. But the Elitist response to that won't be to let people keep their cars and their freedom; it will be to force them to live on public transit routes -- and make the people who need those home health aides just move into care homes. If there's anything an Elitist can't bear, it's the idea of somebody living an ordinary life and minding her own business.
We do need better pubic transportation in the USA.
