I always try to throw on the run, but I hurt my shoulder doing it, I’m trying to wait until my shoulder stops hurting to practice throwing from your tutorial, and then learn to throw on the run from this tutorial, I’m only 13, not really athletic but for my athleticism I think I do alright. Thanks.

i know he’ll be making a video but i just wanna say this quickly, my coach taught me to pick a spot on the field and let your receivers run to the ball but make it a realistic spot to catch them in stride , dimes will probably go more into detail though

It's all about your hips and lower body....it's just like how I teach throwing a curve without ruining your elbow
