In case for bengali regional langugage there has extra advantage then another regional language because you can capture your audience west Bengal and also a country Bangladesh
Very informative 👏 I just started in my regional language, I think only one month Is over
In short and simple words-
English- Wide-scale global audience & very high revenue but can't build any community
Hindi- Wide-scale non-global audience & a bit lower revenue and audience compared to English but you can build your own community easily
Regional- Very small audience group & very bad revenue (check the ad revenue of Odiya ads) but it does have chances of building your own community as quickly as ever and great for long term content creation. Community building is better than Hindi because I have seen South Indian people and they only know Telugu, Tamil or English as universal communication. They can't understand Hindi. So don't think making Hindi videos or English videos are better or THE BEST.
Final Verdict- Depends on you and what you want. Just ask yourself these questions and you'll get the answer yourself.
1. Do you want to earn money from UA-cam for becoming rich or making a lifestyle with it? Like very similar to doing business.
2. Do you want to be famous but also need to build a community? Fanbase Zindaabad but earning money is secondary or you're fine with no earning.
3. Do you want to create content and you prioritise your own comfort zone the most? You also want a community to be build but can't wait or are impatient?
Final note- Talking about myself I never made videos in English but I always made videos in Hindi. None of my channels ever grew. My previous channel took 2+ years for reaching 157 subs and this channel is also almost 2+ years old and just recently reached 114 subscribers with Hindi language only. Now I will not make videos on UA-cam ever again and I am switching to AtoPlay and I will make Odiya content there
I think it's better to use english as it is global and also the viewers will be from outside India which gives you more dollars, because in india the cpm is really low and in other countries , it's the opposite to it
But there is a catch that you should understand why will a foreigner watch you thats it you will at that level compete with global top UA-camrs they may have high end gear and their own niche so to enter that it will be tough till your content is not good but with English you will get indian English speaking audience but it will still be less than hindi audience thats why you will see some youtubers with 10 million subscribers but content is not good just because they speak hindi and get more views.
But hindi is 3rd most speaking language in the world,, hindi understanding state - jammu kashmir, himchal pradesh, Uttrakhand, bihar, up, mp, rajsthan, gujrat, maharashtra, bengal, chattishgarh, haryana, some part of assam etc that why hindi is most important..

I am scared of negativity of language speaking people. But with English I am not getting the video flow naturally.. I feel the most comfortable in my own language Telugu..

I think you should start with Telugu yiu might not geelt good views at start but you may improve your content after that when you feel that you are confident you can start with English but there is a catch you might still be popular if your content is not international level then it might not surpass the reach of hindi UA-camrs because English is spoken in india but by the elite class of India so for them to watch you your content should be good thats why there is a hindi advantage because common people speak Hindi and nearly 50 percentage of our country speaks it so it will give you a Massive growth even with average content so if you want big numbers and audience and you know broken hindi too you can just improve it and boost you channel but if you dont know a single word then its preffered to use English
