Capricorn ascendant, Aquarius 🌙 and Cancer Sun. So spot on especially which house the moon entered. Mine is Moon in Aquarius in the 1st house and exactly 1.8 degrees. Because my Aquarius moon is in the first house I read that I also exhibit behaviors that of a Cancer rising.
It depends on how close the moon is to the ascendent but yes, some attributes that typically belong to Cancer Rising are often present with those that have moon in the first house. Also, some Aries Moon traits are present, too, since the first house is a strong house of self-identity.

It sounds like something could be going on in your sixth house, or your Mercury has a challenging aspect or two to it, or Uranus could be in your first house ... yeah, there's a lot that could go into it. Can I heal my emotional expression if my parents hurt that? I think I have already been doing better and sobbed about something today without judgmental. But, in general I have a lot of trouble crying even if I want to.
Its hard to show emotions with an Aquarius moon despite being a Cancer. It's like all the emotions stay internally but blank externally.. For me anyways. But parents always say showing emotions is wrong which don't help at all. But if you wanna let it out, sad songs may help... Especially for us Cancers lol
I believe any trauma can be healed if we are willing work at it from multiple angles and if we understand that the process itself can be a mixture of pain, regret, and relief. At the end of that journey is a very bright light, though. Good luck to you :)

It’s such a struggle. It takes more discipline from you (Ik bc I’m the same). Give yourself breaks and get right back on the grind.
