No matter how much Ron wanted to punch Jamm in the face, he is still willing to help him on getting away from Tammy 2.
No one deserves to be tied to that she devil. And I'm pretty sure Leslie enjoyed herself a bit.
Jamm is dick but Tammy 2 is sexual Satan. In a way, Ron fought the anti christ and trained jamm as his successor in the event she ever threatened the world again.
Via a method that requires Jamm getting hit in the face multiple times

Councilman Houser smiling at Leslie at 5:05 is one of my favorite blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments of the entire series. Considering she was always embarrassing herself in front of him before she took office, it’s so heartwarming and funny to see him approve of her antics.
Just noticed this the other night for the first time. I always felt like Houser didn't like anyone on the council, so it was nice to see that he seems to be in Leslie's corner. Love Houser's eyerolls at everyone else whenever they say something stupid too!

Very well written character.
i will admit, this show had a great group of unique and well- fleshed out characters, but i think he was one the worse secondary characters they had. there were plenty of lines/segments that some other characters could have had. i thinks thats one of the traits of a well-developed character; when something they say or do is unique to them. Councilman Fielding, or even Jean Ralphio in some instances, could have performed many of his same actions. He was decent, but they could and should have made him more humorously unlikeable. Again, this show was great, even the worst characters were still very good. As much love this show got, i still think it was somewhat under appreciated.

Jamm is openly honest about himself. It's admirable in a way.
@Karthik Narasimhan I always thought that Dexhart was supposed to be the "slimy politician" since he's always wrapped up in a scandal.
Jamm's definitely more cutthroat though so you might be right.

Jamm is someone who just needs a positive influence in his life. It's obvious he's super lonely, and craves approval based on how easily Tammy took him over as well as his weekend with Lesly. I would've loved a redemption arc.

Parks and Recreation is a show where the side characters are just as likeable as the main characters. Jamm and Dr. Harris are among my favorite characters in the series
