This Vlog caught me off guard. I never knew or heard of Eritrea. This country is field with so much history. Since the outbreak of our outcry of injustice to people of dark color in America I have been reading and learning about governments and the governed outside of the U.S. Eritrea was mentioned in this article of countries not to visit and I wanted to know why. I watched the video twice, not bc of the beautiful women...well there are beautiful women, but bc I'm following the walking tour through your city (via your camera) from day to day and I can feel the energy of the music, the wedding, the people in the street, the crowded streets, but I am loving it (being from NY) the crowded streets of Eritrea. I want to taste the food, I want to visit the beaches, I want to talk to my people and learn about the culture, the education and history of my people in person. My mum’s brother ( my uncle) was born in Asmara. Unfortunately, he passed away few years ago. Never mind. I was only trying to mention my connection with Eritrea. I love the history and our background despite the long-standing ‘animosity’ between the two beautiful nations. The thing is, I am a big fan of Eritrea 🇪🇷 and I am optimistic, I’m not saying I see the half-full glass at all times, but I do believe the focusing on the positive side of life is much much more useful. I do like, you guys, your energy, enthusiasm and passion. Keep it up and I think you all can work with Eritrean government especially the tourism industry to create positive image of the country and to PERSUADE as many people from around the world to go and visit the beautiful Asmara, Massawa and the like. I’m sure you have some idea about that. I’m just reminding you just in case you have thought about that. There is a huge huge potential out there especially sunshine and seaside and the beach. The wonderful coast of Red Sea. Cheers, guys! I look forward to see more of your videos.👏👏👏🇪🇷😀😊
Wow Asmara is really beautiful 😍 how was the filming for you? I felt like you were very comfortable filming there and felt very free even during evening/night ? Weren’t you afraid of thieves etc. 😅
Asmara is a very safe city tbh! I never really felt uncomfortable, actually I felt really free as you said! I did feel uncomfortable filming/vlogging in public sometimes, as people are not really used to it 😂

Should have shown more food. But what you think about people saying Eritrea not safe or is Africa version North Korea? I know politics and social are 2 different things. Is it easy to go to Eritrea?
lobsterbale Legesse I’m not involved in politics, so I don’t know enough to say anything about that. However, travelling to Eritrea was easy for me personally. I got my visa, and was out of the airport within 30 mins after landing! During my time there I never experienced any type of violence or feeling unsafe. I can be out on the streets by myself and no one will bother me (except for beggars asking for money). I think a lot of people will agree with me when I say that the people of Eritrea are super friendly and everyone looks out for each other, even strangers, so in general I feel safe there ☺️
I am from The Bahamas! Far away from you! But really started watching African movies which I love! We in the West were brained watched about Africa! All they showed was poverty! As I grew older, I realize that Africa is the birth place of civilzation! You are rich in culture! Rich Food! Rich Land and so much more! Never even new Eritrea existed! So the lockdown is a plus! The place is so nice looking 😍 Hi from Nairobi
I did feel uncomfortable filming/vlogging in public sometimes, as people are not really used to it 😂
I though Eritrea was locked off from the world? Really want to go but I'm honestly scared theyll knock up a random charge if I film etc
No young eritrean youth left you guys out are the only eritrean outsiders youth i see but am glad you enjoyed it.
Are you kidding me? What about all those youth at market and cafeterias etc? Btw that's federation flag on profile 👎 this is the real one 🇪🇷👍👏😍🐪💪✊
I don't who are you but maybe you are blind or denial to eritrean people.

Looks great and beautiful place to relax by sea. How friendly are people from Eritrea to foreigners? I'm from Rwanda want to visit. How is night life?
The people are really friendly!! I know I’m biased but literally one of the friendliest people I’ve met! Also the night life is buzzing, going out for dinners and for drinks at bars, and there are also a number of night clubs. I’m sure you will enjoy!
@@LilianTseggai awesome! That's basically what I was looking for! Thought it's kinda religious country and has limitations when it comes to having fun. Thanks for elaborating more 👌 want to visit every country on our continent 💪

I was in Asmara fro Sep 1956 to July 1st, 1958 in the US Army at Kagnew Station. I loved the place. I recognize the former Cathedral @1.30, but I don't know what that lovely place is @2.50. You ladies are quite lovely, if you don't mind my saying so, with all respect.. It would be fascinating to return there, but I see o way at 84 and with little money. Thank you for your tour. Best wishes to you all and God bless Eritrea !
That’s amazing to hear! I hope you enjoyed the video 🙏🏾 The restaurant at 2:50 is a place called Lion Hotel ☺️
@@LilianTseggai -- I enjoyed it indeed. Do you also speak some Italian? I learned how to later, while living in Italy in the 1960s. You are a good representative for Beauty products ! Tot ziens !
Love the video lili 💘
Glad you like it, sis! ❤️
What is the song in the beginning by it's at 42 sec
Should have shown more food. But what you think about people saying Eritrea not safe or is Africa version North Korea? I know politics and social are 2 different things. Is it easy to go to Eritrea?
lobsterbale Legesse I’m not involved in politics, so I don’t know enough to say anything about that.
However, travelling to Eritrea was easy for me personally. I got my visa, and was out of the airport within 30 mins after landing! During my time there I never experienced any type of violence or feeling unsafe. I can be out on the streets by myself and no one will bother me (except for beggars asking for money). I think a lot of people will agree with me when I say that the people of Eritrea are super friendly and everyone looks out for each other, even strangers, so in general I feel safe there ☺️
Oh my Goodness you people are just Beautiful! God Bless you All!
Thank you ❤️
I am from The Bahamas! Love you all! God Bless you! Your family! Your contry man and your Beautiful Coutry! Please do not forget where you come from😍😍
ETHIOPIA/ERITREA got the prettiest WOMEN in the UNIVERSE
the vlogger looks like Connie. Her eyes.
I disagree, I solely believe that the most gorgeous women that exist are originally from spanish countries.
