Any intrauterine contraception device (copper) is safer than other options, you just need to find a good nurse/doc to instal it properly as pain is most common side effect. Also only try for a month to see if it’s suitable for you, if it’s not just change to a different one, there’s no need to suffer side effects, know we are talking about hormones!. Mirena is commonly prescribed so I guess clinical experience is quite positive, but does not mean balance benefit-risk is always positive, you suffer side effects for a whole year!, next time just switch to any other options and always COMMUNICATE with health providers as we can miss out on things or assume and the be on the wrong. This was a Good video😘
Going through the exact same issue with Mirena IUD. Removing it this coming Friday. I also feel bloated, loss interest at work, less productive. I just want to seat and do nothing. That is not like me. Can't wait for Friday!
Yeah, I went through a lot of it. It's been years now without it, and I'm not using any of those things. You will feel better the moment you take it out.❤️
Thanks for sharing awareness on different types of Birth Control Methods while educating other women and men. In my experience, the side effect was weight gain with the different types of Birth Control methods I had because of the hormones,With the exception of the shot and tubal ligation. From my experience, trying probably 11 others were not worth it.That was an awful experience, and no woman needs to go through what I have experienced with my body. Abstinence, Vasectomy and Tubal Ligation are the only options on the table left. Men will need to get on board on the decision for them to get a Snip or Vasectomy if they already have a child / children . It is a painful situation when a woman's mental health and physical health is put on the line. More men need to know, a Vasectomy will not make a man feel less masculine. Women don't loose hope on finding what works for you and your body.

Thank you so much,a lot of women go through unbearable things, at this point, vasectomy should be the option, abstinence as you earlier mention.❤
@@valermar5771Abstinence is more than 100% but 😥 it won't be the best option for a lot of people.
That's really true, for some people is a sensitive topic
@@valermar5771 Yes I agree.

I have 2 kids too and I'm just using God's intervention now.
They all have a side effect. I have the Mirena 😩😩😩 I'm already scared
Just Pray the same thing should not happen to you, maybe you are one of the few lucky women.
