The list of rides and attractions that will be closed during our trip in January grows by the day...we have had this trip planned since this February. I am starting to get a little sad.
Taxes: honestly? I don't blame people for suing over property taxes. I know that here in the DFW area the property taxes are RIDICULOUS and even regular residences have to take the county appraisal district to court because the amount they hike some property values is obscene.
Or a bigger maintenance crew that isn't spread so thin. It's shitty to say they didn't know what they're doing when in reality there's just not enough of them to go around. Poly is one of the oldest resorts of property, too, so things are going to happen. Am I biased because every single maintenance/engineering CM I've ever interacted with has been super friendly and efficient? Absolutely. But I've had some tell me themselves that there aren't enough of them to go around, which is 100% believable. TL;DR: blame corporate instead of insulting the maintenance people who work their asses off every day.
The facial recognition gates would be great for my elderly mother. The biometric readers have NEVER worked on her fingers because her prints are so feint with creases from wrinkles (we joke that she should join Men in Black because she already doesn't have fingerprints). We count how many times it DOES work during our trips because it's so rare. They usually have to use facial recognition with her already, and god knows it would be more sanitary than putting your finger on something hundreds of other people have already touched.
As much as I would love to see mission space be replaced entirely, I dobt that would happen. It probably be more than likely a guardians of the galaxy version of mission space. Its a more affordable option.
I've been needing some good Disney news lately. They have now removed a trans storyline from two shows. Marvel's Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur, and now Pixar's Win Or Lose. It's honestly getting a bit depressing 😢.
Looks like its failing apart because of the island tower😅

Time to get Gorilla Glue to come on board as a sponsor for the Polynesian’s ceilings. 😂
Why are all the monorail colors getting deltas they look unnatural 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏💀💀💀💀💀💀
Several of them have had deltas for _years_ now. It's a color stripe on the side of basically a futuristic train. What's unnatural about it? 😂
I'm not a big fan of the Delta makes it look outdated
The face id gates look terrible at least universal decorated there's
I would love to see a guardians of the galaxy land expansion come to epcot. Maybe they could do something to improve mission space .

Not good.
