The more I see all these new releases I believe I can pretty much dupe anything with all of my pallets & singles. True not the holochromes & some duochromes but honestly on my mature slightly hooded eyes who can tell? And now all of these pallets at $65-$89ea.I was spending $1,000 or more on pallets. Even o.n sale by the time I pay shipping and handling… I’m not an influencer I do t have a channel. I’m just an old makeup lover so when these new pallets come out. I go through my collection try g to dupe them the best I can. I’ve layers some of my sparkly shimmer getting a close 2nd. Look. I do t mean to make anyone feel bad. Not at all! You do you and be proud. For me I had to do a no buy until I was able to pay off a very large u expected debt ok attys. for my moms passing and what my evil sisters did. At first I cried makeup is my great escape. But now that is almost June the debt is paid off….. um 😶 m ok without having every new release. I no longer have to find room or declutter only to repurchase shades in other pallets I decluttered. So ladies please just try duping the one new release with shades you already own within your collection. Even if you have to use several different pallets. And look through your singles. I promise you’ll find like I did the same shades or darn near close to it over and over again just arranged in different color stories please don’t get mad and come for me!! God bless you all. .
Every year, around this time of year, I lose all interest in buying new makeup until July /August when the holiday makeup is coming up, but I am here to hear your comments on it. 😅

Edit: I am so getting the whole Leathal Avatar collection. My daughter saw this collection and told me to get EVERYTHING. We loved watching the series and she plans on having us re-watch it for the 10th time.
I saw a WHOLE LOT of ‘You need to leave’ today! There are some solid releases but, nothing I need right now. I bought a Buttermilk Bronzer and an orange blush. I need to try them today. August is getting so tall. ❤ Love your outside videos.

I'm just a proud Momma right now since my oldest son graduated not only from HS, but college as well last week!!!! His party was fantastic, but expensive! All that to say my wallet is safe (from makeup anyway) lol
Only thing right now I'm tempted by is the lethal avatar collection that I am not even familiar with. But the colors are soo pretty.
I have no idea about anything related to Avatar but I’m getting those palettes lol!!

I'm heading into a low/no buy period bcause I'm ridiculously happy with my last makeup purchases (Adept x Amy Loves collab and Fantasy Cosmetica's latest release) and fragrance hauls. Will go for the Forvr Mood sampler, and the Charlotte Tilbury sampler, when the former is back in stock at Sephora online.
The palette from ShellWe Makeup gives me KKW Camo and Unearthly Sorcerous Smokes vibes. Simply Posh Coastal Palette is pretty! I love the layout. lol Your facial expression to that $139.99 price tag. I recommend the NYX eyeshadows. I have the larger pan palettes and love the formula in the shadows. You can create all styles from no makeup makeup, soft glam, smoky, jewel eyes, monochromatic etc. If unsure, I think swatch the smaller Ultimate palettes for a taste of what to expect. I swatched the NYX Butter blushes...I am on the fence about how I feel about them. I recommend to swatch them in-store. Some have done videos where some of the shades look similar.
The Mermaizing palette is a nice color story. I wonder did they revamp this from the So Mermaizing? I do like how the color story is arranged for the new palette. I hope the shadows are firmly pressed.
3CE and Clio are K-Beauty brands. I am not sure if any of these releases are pressing or pleating my skirt.

I did terrible for Memorial Day sales. I bought that Byredo Mystery Box and told myself I was done. HA! Bought crsp at Sephora too and even Ipsy! I got that danesa Muriel’s glow serum for a great deal on there and I got that Alamar cosmetics Cheeto stick. It’s actually super gorgeous! Idk what else. Just too much. I need to stop! I told myself fall time was the time I was going to spend!

I tried the Fara Homidi concealer/foundation at Violet Grey here in LA. It was nice and I found my shade but I already have the Christian Louboutin Foundcealer and it’s very similar.

You know, I’m looking at it right now and I think If I wasn’t so hasty I could have talked myself out of ordering coastal! Coastal is a great option for someone who missed out on Cozy Cabin but if you have it you probably do not need both!
