Per day coating will be different fro. Property to property and place to place but u can calculate by
Total consumption cost/ Total num of room occupied.
Guest supplies and amenities cost differ from products to products,
Place to place and also depend upon volume of consumption.

Capex can be defined:- any items which having long selflile and need huge amount to invest and for such items we can avail ROI( Rate of inerest) such as laundry machine, bed, matress etc
Opex:- Which have low self life and need low amount like guest supplies, staff uniform etc

You may take any amount as per your actual consumption.
I have assume that supplies cost is 50,000 in 50 % occupancy.
If your actual cost is 40,000 then u can calculate it in same way.

And in the next year u multiplied that 50000 with 25%. Why?
Is this 50000 the cost of supply? Or it's the occupancy?
