I slowed it down to 75% and boy did it Rock! Stoner Rock and Stoner metal is just DJ Screw for white guys the same age who like Black Sabbath and ZZ Top. This is just a working Theory but I decided this last week while I was at work listening to both screw and Stoner Rock!
