While this very intelligent person makes great arguments showing the impact of humans on climate change, she leaves out some of the largest issues.
The largest challenge affecting people on this planet is the number of people on this planet. And a direct correlation can be drawn from deity worship to the overpopulation of the planet(Not to mention general ignorance and accelerated climate change).
The biggest issue for humans to overcome before we can actually address the damage to the ecosystems of the planet?
Religion.
