Solution: I used the bottle jack from my 4Runner, placed it on a ladder (blocked up with a few 4x4 pieces of wood I had laying around) and lifted the left side of the rear truss until the holes aligned. I also had to pull the rear gable panel inward to get alignment, which I did by slipping a rope through the metal channel on the panel, pulling it back until the alignment was right, and then tied off the rope. This looks and feels like a quality, solid shed. Thanks Lifetime for an excellent assembly video!

Great video. A few improvements ñeeded on the shed itself. The snow lad kit should have all holes prefilled. Either using slf tapping screws or note and bolts. It is very difficult to drill the screws into the metal when no holes exist. The side window brackets do not clear the raised edge of the window so they will not install properly. What do you do when the last roof panel is off by about 3/4 of an inch? Everything else fit good until we went to put up the last roof panel by the gable at the end.

Very helpful, but I would emphasize to people up front that this is for the 8x10" shed and that the 10x8' shed has a DIFFERENT video. I spent 20 minutes watching this video before realizing the issue and noticed some things didn't make sense.
Thanks for the recommendation. We ask all customers in the beginning of the video to check to see if their model number is the description box to make sure this video works for them. We also add the description of the shed in the description box as well as the thumbnail.
I have two of these sheds & would like to take one section out for the other. From what i can find the base on that smaller shed would need to be 90 inches deep is that right.
You need the video AND the manual. Sometimes the video is wrong, and it's not about accessories. It's just wrong. Case in point I have model 60325, and this guy is telling me to put the hardware on backwards from the manual.
This issue could be that 60352 is quite different from this model. Meaning you may see different hardware and/or accessories being used. But, you are correct where it is very beneficial to have the manual available during the build!
@@LifetimeProductsAssembly God forbid you have a video for the correct model. As I said in another post you guys just don't want to show someone wrecking a rubber mallet, and banging away for 15 minutes to "slide" the bars in.
My right door was bent at the bar. I got a new door but I am wondering if anyone or Lifetime have any suggestions to install it without taking off the roof at the doorway.
The floor assembly starts at 17:09. Lay an outer floor panel down, lift an inner floor panel at an angle, interlock the tabs, and then lay the inner panel down.
If you refer to your manual and this video, you will see two notches on the roof panel close to the gable entry and the start of the truss. You will need to insert the roof support in these notches.
Unfortunately, we do not. However, you can use this video ua-cam.com/video/PiI2WSJHOBo/v-deo.html since it is essentially the same assembly as 60056. You would just have to refer to your manual for the door latch assembly.
We recommend only using a leveled cement or wooden platform. This will help your shed stay the most secured and will help during the assembly process with the lining up everything into place.

It also shows hooks being included. The parts (identified from the website) of the snow load kit was not included and neither were the hooks. I see this as a bait and switch tactic. 😞

This video is a complete joke and either heavily edited or using doctored parts. The parts just don't go together like he's doing it. For example simply sliding the metal into the door frame. Even after wd40, especially the round tube does not go in, they require lube, brute force, wiggling and banging. The manual has wrong parts listed, doesnt mention orientation of most parts. But the worst thing is you need 4 feet of space on both sides to slide the roof on, so your corner spot is no use. They could easily have made the roof slot in from the inside or even outside by clipping them in to the metal frames, but just bad design or money saving stops this.

How's it coming along
just bought this today from Costco. Glad to see you have a detailed video.
I just finished assembling my Lifetime shed (#60295). This video was EXCELLENT; I hardly looked at the manual. It took me about 15 hours, spread over four days (evenings and part days on weekend) and I did it solo except for two instances where I had my wife push on a wall to line up the screw holes. The video made the jobs super easy, and I'm no handyman.
I had only one issue: The screw holes on the left rear roof panel were off by 3/4 inch.

There are a few small differences, but this video is the closest to model 60441: ua-cam.com/video/KjYLQAsa1tI/v-deo.html
