We could work on it! Maybe reducing the thickness, you can custom your speed bag platform on our website 😎 Yes! that was a prototype that worked fine, but we’re working on a bracket more solid but more compact for the one who has a low ceiling 💪
We use bicomponent polyurethane paint with catalyst to isolate our platforms as the first hand. The advice is to not use normal vinyl glue for gluing the solid wood 😄
It all depends on the grain of the chosen wood. The solid wood moves in the decades, it's absolutely important before gluing to check the direction of the veins (it's different if the material in use is plywood or MDF)

To handcraft our platforms we only use first quality solid woods, in this case you can see our European Oak wood 💪
all that beautiful and hardwork on the board, ruined by using a cheap plastic swivel.

Crazy how this platform is basically a bunch of 2x6's glued together. Simple, yet effective.
