Thanks, now you tell me. This explains why I got stabbed the last time I visited Glasgow while I was walking alone singing God save the queen in my terrible Irish/Scottish accent and refusing to share my chips with a group of drunken Scottish youths. Well better late then never.
Refusing to share your chips is one thing but, singing God save the Queen is another. IF, you`d sung Oh Flower of Scotland, you`d have had a good sing song with hoards of others all joining in.
I've been to Glasgow twice! Once for over a week! Walked about at night. Sometimes by myself. Without any chips. Never got stabbed. Should I ask for my money back?
Dear family of Lads and Lassies, please help me make my content more readily available to non English speaking folk by helping me to subtitle this video =D
We need to warn everyone about the dangers of Scotland after all ;)
Also FIRST!
WeeScottishLass let's start a petition to get Glaswegian registered as its own language, or at least its own dialect
WeeScottishLass i like your accent, and your hair, how did you get it to swoop?🤔🤔🤔🤔
"So even though you're going to be getting killed, at least we're going to be friendly about it."
I love this line! =D
Mark OldGeezer it's not her patter, the joke is you might get stabbed but at least we'll call you a taxi or ambulance ...haste ye back
This is a Glaswegian comic called Kevin bridges Joke she taking that as her own too the lassie is full of bs!
You're not more likely to be stabbed in Glasgow than anywhere else in Europe but if you are stabbed in Glasgow you're more likely to be stabbed multiple times because in Glasgow when you commit a crime you commit. (Not my joke)
Things to do in Edinburgh, go to Waverley station and get a train to Glasgow, cos they're anti social people in Edinburgh.
@@thismortalcoil696 Thats the dumbest most
ignorant statement you could make.
Just as much anti social people in Glasgow as I used to live there.
Cross breed Glasgow Edinburgh person both have qualities worth while don’t be a tool
Another thing not to do in Glasgow: if someone comes up to you (especially a drunk person) and asks if you support Celtic or rangers, its best to say you don't follow football.
They may seem annoyed but it's better than saying one or the other. If you say the one they don't support, they can become extremely aggressive and if you say the one they do, they will be your best pal but someone else who supports the opposite might then be offended and if you then lie and say you like the other team to the second guy, the first will think your a backstabbing lier.
In short, it's a loose/loose situation.
Layton pro 🎩⚡ Tell them the name of an American football team! Our football not soccer, even though that might slow em up also!Met a bunch of Spanish guys at a bar in KC Mo and they were going on about soccer and they asked me what football team I followed and I told them the Chiefs ,shut em right up!! They spent like 5 minutes in a Spanish huddle, then just said, thats cool, and bought me a beer! I think it might work on most any rabid football fan/huligan !
squach623 !!!!! 😂that's kinda funny. Fair enough that may work but still be careful, people here can get pretty annoyed when people call football soccer here
Would confuse an American sports fan. "Is that Boston Celtics(Basketball) and New York Rangers(Hockey)?"
Interesting fact about american football and soccer.the reason why they are both called football is cause they basicly came from the same game and the word soccer came from a english boys school cause it was shorten form of the word association football.
If you don't believe read book or use google.
"A £2 bag of chips may save your life" - so true though 😂
Ailish is Pan I thought she was talking about a bag of chips that WEIGHS two pounds! Ha! I was thinking, Wow, that's a lot of chips!
Ailish is Pan except the SEAGULL gang's roaming at large and lying in wait to pounce and set upon ya like a feral one eye'd alley cat mangling a dainty he's caught. The fear isn't from a low IQ bunch of chavs with an equal number of tooth to tattoo ratio and lack of MENSA memberships. Just get on with the FOOTIE !
justaman6972 ah yes very true, the seagull gang is the only one who won't leave you alone if you have chips 😂
Ailish is Pan Ah! I thought you were talking about the WEIGHT of the chips! I was like, "damn! girls gotta lug around a lot a chips to be safe in Glasgow. "
I've lived in Glasgow for nearly 6 years and I find Glaswegian to be very friendly, and most of them are not racists. Glasgow is more Scottish than Edinburgh if you know what I mean
I heard all this stuff about the dangers of Glasgow before I visited.. and my hotel was on Argyle street. Which isn't the best. So naturally I decided to go for a walk at 1am to see just how bad it was. And truthfully other than some random drunken people I didn't see anything out of the ordinary and didn't feel the least bit threatened. I'm a rather large fellow so I'm sure that's part of it. But I didn't think Glasgow even remotely compars to the dangers of say.. south side Chicago or Atlanta. There was this McDonalds near the train station that a bunch of.. I dunno.. emo leather clad teenage toughs liked to hang out in the evenings.. like a hundred or so. I don't know what their deal was but I suppose they could be intimidating to some people. Glasgow did seem a bit.. grimier.. than Edinburgh but it seems to me just don't do anything overly stupid and you'll be fine, like you would be in any large city.
Visit Glasgow. Wear chainmaile.
"Or, in America, you might have a gun" 😂😂 so true though.
A live in Glasgow oh and btw a was in the middle of Glasgow n this wee guy started to sing Garry cinnamon and we all sung along lmao
I just discovered your channel. and I'm liking it so far. I have a Glaswegian friend who visits twice a year, and she has stories about Glasgow that pretty much sum up all of what you just said. And she's in the service industry and has to deal with people directly that have had a few too many adult beverages lol. Keep up the entertaining content, and I'll keep watching. ☺
Should we bring our bowie knives or is it better to just pick up a dirk, or even a claymore when we get there?
we were driving through Glasgow years ago.my son had a rangers top on(not a fan,he just liked the top) we came across celtic football stadium and it was, wait for it...MATCH DAY😨😨😨
He was only 9 but we got that top off him QUICK
In all honesty if it's a young child, the fans won't attack. It's when you get "TAIG SLAYER333" with his big sash and fuck the pope scarf that the bricks start flying
lol love it. I live in glasgow right now and live across from a pub. the singing while drunk is extremly true!
I've just recently moved to Scotland from Newcastle, I already love this place and I've only been here for 2 month the people around here are so much more laid back and friendly than down Newcastle
I was walking aroud Glasgow centre at midnight and was feeling perfectly safe. But in Gorbals - I was scared af :D
I remember walking out of Queens station...early 70's... and giving a bum some change. Suddenly about a half-dozen other bums got up and headed toward me. I loudly said sorry guys, he got all my change....they all sat down.
I was just in Glasgow, and I’m going back in February. That place is wild, and part of me loves it. The other part didn’t get to stay long enough. 😂 I literally watched your videos for years now. You’re the reason I mainly went.
I look foward to your videos all week and you never disappoint. Also wanted to say thank you for sharing Yur!!! on Ice, with me. I watched all the episodes yesterday and loved it!!!!! Can't wait till your next video, you always make my days better.
rachel hains YEY it's sooooo good isn't it??? DONT STOP US NOW! THE MOMENT OF TRUTH! WE WERE BORN TO MAKE HISTORY!!
I love your channel even though i'm Scottish myself and don't NEED to watch these videos XD
You've made it so I'm scared to leave my hoose!
I was told to always carry a 6-pack of beer when in Edmonton. In the likely chance you'll be attacked, drop the beer and you have a few minutes to escape.
went to Glasgow earlier this year. Taxis aplenty in the day, but at night they will say they are on their way but won't turn up for hours. 12:00 midnight outside the Barrowlands and another official taxi offered to take us home as he couldn't see us standing outside waiting for our taxi which never came.
form living in Glasgow for 13 year I have to agree so much with you + found it funny af
So glad everyone from Glasgow has an amazing sense of humour! It makes me so proud to be Scottish to know that we can literally laugh at ourselves and take a joke =D
CamPlays-_- ! The myth is that he designed a new type of gallow and was the first to be hang by it. Btw, it is Brodie.
Glasgow is a funny city, I've had more 'fun' encounters as a dude than I have had in drag.
First video I've ever seen of yours. Or any scottish youtuber for that matter... and jeez that accent. I swear I'd travel to Scotland just to sit in a pub and listen to that accent for a week straight. So great.
I'm so glad I found your channel you always make me smile and laugh, thanks for brightening up my day and much love from the pacific northwest USA. We adore you keep doing what you're doing and I hope you're having a great day.
Am.east end Glasgow , my boy is 16 , Glasgow has changed so much when a was a kid , far too much negative press the city gets , the Billy or a Tim song's are gone
Robert Lyons where abouts in east end ?, it has calmed doon but gangs still kick aboot in someareas like Drumchapel( too many to name individually) Tongs and Cumbie pretty much all the old ones to some degree , Glasgows kickin off big time wi Lyons v Daniels but
Hey, Mosco. I'd like to see you, Erin and Shaun do a collab - that would be the most Scottish video ever!
Is it really that bad? I just moved to ayrshire and i was planning to visit the city occasionally....
when i was 5 or 6 years old my dad told me that haggis was a small animal with its front and rear legs on one side of its body longer than the other side of its body so it could walk around hills eating the grass without falling over .
watching your videos makes me really want to visit your beautiful country and I know my husband would like to see where his ancestors came from.
Aye because nothing says 'VISIT SCOTLAND' quite like being told we all like to stab each other and steal alloy wheels ;D HAHA I joke, thanks for the comment!
WeeScottishLass haha, the stabbing and stealing of people's car parts is the normal in the city I live in anyway. So it'll make me feel like home lol, but no need for thanks on commenting. You make great content!
Lishykins I thought both of those things too! Man, mosco's vid is make me want to visit so bad! And, the horror stories, really are no Deterrence, because, they happens around here too! In fact, it might make me more comfortable to walk around the streets having to constantly watch my back, to make sure no one's trying to stop me! LOL
Lishykins you should come it’s a realy nice place and there is always something to do
I'm going to study in Glasgow next year, I was mostly worried about the accent, but now i'm really thinking of learning some karate😂🤣
This wee girl thinks she's funny but she's not, you'll have a great time in Glasgow , great live music scene, nightlife and socialising in general, loads to do for free and we sandblast our buildings so they look clean unlike Edinburgh...enjoy the city Killian you'll love it...
Lol at least you can get a cop of tea here unlike edinburgh where the greeting usually is "you'll have had ur tea then?" lol :P
thanks so much moving to Glasgow for studies and ur vid really helped ! :)
Haha I love this vid. True about god save the queen 😂. If I see you out and about in Glasgow expect a quick high five from me! Love from a fellow Scottish lads.
The bit where you offer food to drunken people always work. I get hungry when I had a couple of drinks, more along the long the lines of being a bit tipsy. I always carry a bag of mix sweets of sort in my bag. And it's a big one! And I just offer to as many people. It works wonders and they get sentimental on you but that's kinda creepy lol
also, are you still tryina save up for the new computer? if so, where can I find the link? I finally have some xtra cash, n would like to help. a small thanks, for all the laughs you provide n all. your vids have definitely reignited my want to travel there
Hey Joseph! I am thank you so much!! If you want to help I've updated the link in the video description =D even just 1 dollar from a bunch of people would help me because I can combine it with my own money. So far the laptop is still standing but I've got the charging cable taped to the laptop x'D
Can someone tell me any history they know about clifford street, ibrox, glasgow. It looks very old
This could just as easily be "tips to be safe out at night" in England or just about anywhere, apart from the Scottish accent attempt which in non-Scottish places would just get a few laughs, and that's cheaper and healthier than chips. :)
👍thank you Mosco! I'm from originally Wisconsin USA Milwaukee in particular. I spent a significant amount of time in Chicago, unfortunately has a reputation for being a very violent city. Not all of Chicago, you just have to be aware of your surroundings. I definitely feel what your saying.😊😉 BUT to everyone please do visit Chicago.. Use the same advice as per Glasgow.
Romero R 160 shootings in the 1st 2 weeks of June in Chicago. mostly west n south tho.
Every time I pass HWY 100 going East I feel like I've entered a different world. Milwaukee, like many places in this world, has its problems but the places I've been in Milwaukee do make me feel safe but I'm never there after dark unless I'm leaving a show at the Riverside or Pabst Theater.
Another awesome Scotland vlog Mosco 😊😊🙌🙌
I live there yet sometimes we do these things and no one really cares. It's a bit of a wee mistake and no harm done.
Does it really rain Buckfast in Glasgow?
Buckfast is illegal in the USA so we just have ordinary rain but I have a T shirt that says Buckfast...Everything Went Blank.
Aye a £2 bag a chips might save yer life but that all depends if yer would be attacker likes salt n vinegar on their chips or not, it's yer donald duck at the end of the day
It's really important, I'm going to Glasgow next summer and I didn't know that I can't do these things. Thank you so much, you helped me a lot :)
I'm really surprised that the taxis in glasgow are dirt cheap compared to the ones in edinburgh. I guess being the capital and a tourist magnet, means the drivers can charge premiums.
lol i feel like your giving me a guide to walk through the ghetto of the city im from here in the states.
you should also do a video on how to use a bus in glasgow without getting stuck with a ned lol
Do Aberdeen next!!
Loved this! My fiancé and I will be visiting Glasgow in September. We kind of giggle to ourselves about all the warnings people give about how violent it can be. We live just outside the city of Detroit and he is a Detroit police officer and I think the cities reputation is pretty globally known 😬
Back in the early 90's a new coca-cola vending machine was fitted outside a shop in the Duke street part of Glasgow. Now they claimed this vending machine was impossible to break into or smash to pieces and so on, it had been on the streets of detroit, philidelphia and all sorts of other places in the USA and nobody could bust into them. The very next day in Duke street Glasgow the vending machine that was installed the day before (which had been 'bolted' to the ground and the wall was gone, vanished, never to be seen or heard of again. Never underestimate a Glaswegians enginuity.
It has its bad elements, but it can be a really great city too. Heaps of shopping, museums, galleries, interesting restaurants, some great historic sites. Tourists generally don't go to the more 'dangerous' parts of the city anyways. I've been a dozen times and never had any stabby stabby incidents. 😉
Chips ! Cool, thanks for the tip !!
I'm going to Glasgow next week for a summer program at UofG, this video is just in time to save my life! I was planning to walk around the city after school so it might be evening time...thought it was safe as there is long daylight?(til 10pm?) sounds like I shouldn't do that:(
Beware if you're alone after dark! I'd say get back to the hotel before the sun fully sets! Daytime should be fine as long as nothing major is happening (football games / Pride etc)
Can't really take any more of this shite (2:24 gave up)"Stabby" "Don't walk alone at night" absolute pish, but if it keeps her out of Glasgow, that's great.
As for the rest of the World - yes, Glasgow is up there in crime statistics HOWEVER the inter-gang fighting greatly skews these figures, so unless you're 15-19 and want to go looking for a gang fight, you'll usually be totally fine. Yes, people can suffer from muggings, etc but I'll go out on a limb here and say I think in Glasgow there's probably LESS random stranger attacks than elsewhere. LESS!! People are generally very friendly in Glasgow - remember not to join a gang when you are visiting , and all good.
Lindsey Wilson It really comes down to jealously - whenever I hear the anti-Glasgow stuff I know that's what lies at the heart of it.
Aye remember it could have all went a bit stabby coming back from gay pride in a tolerant city like Glasgow for not sharing a chip, in saying that I've just tippled to the out burst in an attempt at humour with hidden anger, she had to share a chip...now I get it she's from Edinburgh , people from Glasgow are used to helping and sharing hence the name the friendly city, if you ask for some mair in Edinburgh the open a window...
This video is hilarious/terrifying. "It's a wee bit stabby." 😵🔪
Haha when you said not to walk around at night, i have walked in glasgow at night since i was a teen and i agree. XD Great video
I always will say I at every single word on the end of it you guys do it so I should do it do you do any leather work there
A Celtic fan unfollowed me on Twitter for retweeting from a guy who had a Rangers profile picture. Thankfully I support Ayr Utd, not a very good team but anything is better than them two.
Having to drive through Glasgow to see my grandparents in Oban is my least favourite part of the journey.
Hey I'm from Glasgow and this is too true 😂 thanks for making me more aware of the city I live in! Great video again! I live In an area where it's a little less "stabby" but I'll keep this in mind for when I go to the city 😂💕💕💕
kitkat1152003 Same i live in the East End so i see a fight everyday 😂
I'm from Glasgow it's so funny watching this video because I relate to pretty much everything she's talking about 😂
kitkat1152003 listen she is not even from Glasgow she is talking shite
Haha I remember once coming out of garage , I and my friend headed to Queen street station and decided to camp out till the first train.Every dark figure in the corner made us jump
I've been watching your videos for almost a week now I finally decided to subscribe I'm your 24910th subscriber I think you're bloody brilliant a Bonnie Lass and wildly entertaining keep it up I'll keep watching
I live in Glasgow also 2nd lol
Don't go to the Viking pub on Maryhill and proclaim the you're a proud Englishman, or that you love the English LOL . You'll get a big kiss for your troubles. Ye may even get a smile!!
Who would ever say that anyways?
Was raised very Irish, and my Nana would not even allow English alcohol in her house... LMFAO
Hahaha people just don't go to Maryhill at all I lived there for couple years and it looks like hell love the place but be careful if you do go there
to be fair, i think it's mainly certain parts of the city where you don't want to be walking around at night. for the most part i've never felt in danger anywhere in the north or west for example.
pfffft... I have an inner fat kid that would stab me if I gave away fooood
Things not to do in Glasgow.
1. Be English.
2. Be English.
3. Be English.
4. Be English.
5. Be English.
Yay got delivery of my Wee Scottish Lad and Haste Ye Back Tee shirts. Went out in kilt and tee shirt on a hot and sticky Friday in London. Proud as Punch! Ended up at the local Portuguese bar and a wee cracking waitress was taken aback. She asked if I have a son - a bit of a back handed compliment but hey!
colinp2238 YEY WAY TO ROCK THE LOOK =D haha xD I love it! Tweet me a picture if you want!
I haven't got a picture yet. I don't use Twitter. When I get a pic how else can I send it?
Loved the video and good tips especially about offering fish n chips (as we call them out here). Surprisingly it works out here too, though it was with some tacos out here in LA.
This is a little bit offensive 🙂
It's meant to be funny, hence why I spent so long in my last vlog talking about our sense of humour and how you'd need to know it for upcoming videos! For the most part though, most Weegies found it hilarious including my gran who is from Glasgow. But to each their own.
WeeScottishLass Aye, fair enough. But I don't think this is Scottish humour to say that glaswegians will steal your tyres if you stop a traffic light or will stab you. Glaswegians are generous, helpful and friendly people and there's nothing about that in your video. I get this is your thing but I'm worried that people from other nations will watch this and think this is what it's like in Scotland.
Read through the comments =D I think you'll feel better that almost everyone noticed it was tongue in cheek and replied in their own way.
The only people who seem to be taking any of this seriously are people from Glasgow (and even then most of them have had a laugh about it)
All this talk about Glaswegians having a thick skin and there you go, saying shit like that.
To be fair, she never said it was Glaswegians stealing tyres. It may be tourists or immigrants or anyone and she never said the tyres would be stolen. She may have meant they'd be sliced open.
i live n Glasgow, i love how she made it look like we go around stabbing everyone all the time (we dont) lmao, i dont relate to many scottish vids and im a glaswegian!!!XDXD
Mr.Bobert Ross no but some people do. Scotland is a beautiful country (the best country ever and its history is amazing) but more and more people are turning it into a rather devastating place with the rise of drug intake....Ye have to not take everything so seriously this is Scottish humor 😂 always taking the piss of everything. Oh Bonnie Scotland I am so proud to be fae Glasgow. It's a lovely city despite some things that go on there but everything has its flaws
Everyone needs a hobby. Try to do two stabbings on your way to work in the morning. It'll set a bright pace for the rest of your day. When the boss or some customer or whatever gives you shit and you just think you can't stand another minute of this crap job you can remember that you've already done a stabbing or two and no matter how horrible the day is, at least you have that. You'll find that eases your own tension. You might think you are well collected by people can pick up on cues that you might not even know about yourself. So if you're stressed it shows. The two stabbing in the morning thing will ease that. Often as not will improve things. If not, treat yourself and make it your third.
We have a lot of'Lapgoch'(look it up)practitioners here, the ancient Welsh self-defence martial art
Haha you obviously dont get out much i was stabbed twice once in Blythswood square and once in Buchannan street and I got mars barred outside the Claddagh my clock looks like a patchwork quilt so dinny gie us yer waash wee man - probably from Newton Mearns are ye!
I LOVE that song about Loch Loman (excuse my spelling). The boys in my high school choir sang an a cappella version of it. It was beautiful!
I love how your UA-cam channel is about Scotland and Glasgow it makes me happy there's a fellow Scot in UA-cam also are you from Glasgow? I am
You sound like Ruth Davidson to me.
Living near Glasgow, I can confirm... That this list is the most helpful thing ever😂 but aye... Don't sing God Save The Queen...
This is so great to find a Scottish youtube channel thats so good
good work on the animation intro, I tell ya that!
*For people from the U.S. visiting Glasgow, the airlines won't let us bring our own guns, how do we rent guns in Glasgow for our visit? Even a small shotgun will do; what about a machine gun? Rocket launcher? Are there rental places throughout the city? Where can we practice shooting in town?*
x'D if you're lucky you might be able to buy a staple gun from a local hardware store!
+David Null - Hahaha. Yeah, we need to have a handgun outlet for Americans in Glasgow...all of Scotland actually. When I don't have my handgun strapped on I tend to walk in circles; the weight of my handgun needs to be compensated for and if I don't have my handgun my 'compensation' causes me to walk in a circle. Are ya havin that?
+Sexual_Assault_Rifle - Hahaha. That type of 'accidental discharge' is not something I've had. I've never had a handgun 'accidental discharge' either. If one has a 'negligent discharge' they should think twice about carrying a handgun, if it isn't confiscated.
I'm in New York State near Syracuse - today I went out to many yard sales where people were selling crap they didn't want anymore to others ~20 sales - it's a long holiday weekend here - included in the sales were several shotguns all 12 gauge, three .22 rifles, a 7.62 bolt action rifle (deer hunting) and a 9mm Uzi (semi-auto) the Uzi was US$375. It's legal to sell these to anyone over 18, no ID, no paperwork. Same in Scotland?
haste ye back Scottish Lass 😉😉💜💜
Any tips for Edinburgh around Christmas time? I was in the highlands for 10 days in June and am love with your country. Sometimes I watch the videos I uploaded on youtube
I'm going to bring a Stabproof vest and a cutlass when I go to Glasgow. To add insult to injury I'm going to use an English cutlass.
"Glasgow is stabby" ... That was cute. I live in Chicago / Chicagoland. If you're a Glasgow resident, visiting Chicago - remember - it's never a good idea to bring a knife to a gun fight.
Personally I'd rather be shot than stabbed...
Quicker and faster (depending where they shoot) than being stabbed like 30 times
TopicalContent it's never a good idea to try offend an entire nation to be snarky.
Places of pure mental:
Glasgow
Belfast
The Middle East
Africa
Chicago wouldn't come close.
Me and a friend were cosplaying in Glasgow today. The orange walk we're going through the streets with no way past them so me and my friend pushed through them since we were already late. We then got the comment "freaks" by a guy walking in it and I swear to god it took all the effort in the world not to turn back around and shout "we're the freaks?"
Cara Beckett Bunch of pricks that do that haha. Orange walk I mean.
Cara Beckett christ I'm surprised you even survived in that, at least they weren't chanting you away, with their "Church Walks" as well that they didn't bloody come after you, I'd be running straight after a comment😂
Cara Beckett marry me Cara, just know that I bring absolutely nothing to the table. And I look like Tarzan.
Where you get that top love it
Thank you, this is a funny video and I live just outside Glasgow
You didn't mention the "Glasgow kiss" :)
Your advice about drunken food and stabbing explains SO much about my family...
Never had a problem in Glasgow, (unless you consider Buckfast a problem).
LOL! I'm such an American. When you said you were carrying around a 2 pound bag of chips I immediately thought of weight not currency. I thought, "Man, she must REALLY love fries to be carrying around two pounds of 'em!". XD
I myself being from Detroit (born & raised) I think I could handle Glasgow....Nooo problem!!!!,..lol!
There is an area of Glasgow called 'Tollcross' it's nickname is 'little detroit' because of all the cars, loads of car showrooms. However Tollcross is also one of the places you do not want to go, i know coz i was born and raised there. We are known as 'The Toll-X- wee men', and we defend our borders against everybody, even the cops.
You'd be able to handle Glasgow just as well as a Glaswegian handling Detroit, which is to say not well at all. They can see you're a tourist from a mile away. You don't know the language. You don't know the streets.
George Lurye, I understand, I'm always aware of my surroundings though, not ment to be disrespectful (sorry WeeScottishlass, my apologies if I offended you or anyone).
Ye'll tak' the high road and I'll tak the low road
And I'll be in Scotland afore ye
But me and my true love will never meet again
On the bonny, bonny banks of Loch Lomond
FUCKING LOVE THAT SONG!!
Never feel safe in Glasgow at night. I'm fine in Edinburgh never had trouble really but always feel like something is going to kick off there and the knife thing is an added concern.
So what yr saying is if I want to experience the real pub experience do it in Edenbrgh
I feel a lot of people are taking this video too seriously =P
It's meant to be a bit of a piss take but the story about the chips did actually happen to me!
Mosco, do keep in mind that some folk are just sarcastic bastards, and that sarcasm doesn't always come through in written words. Speaking strictly for myself, I can only ask that you not take anything I say too seriously. 😉
Oh, and one other thing while I'm here... I came to your channel strictly by accident. A video popped up on the main YT page titled something like " Why Scottish people love America", and being confused at anybody loving this place, given how and by whom it's currently being run... well I sort'a had to have a look.
What I found was amusing and educational enough that I figured I might as well stick around. 😀
WeeScottishLass is that a Yuri on ice shirt? o.o
I know yer taking the piss with this video but instead of chips give the alkies give them a deep fried mars bar
WeeScottishLass I'm originally from Glasgow but I moved to Inverness 4 years ago
This has me in stitches. I had all these impressions before I moved to Glasgow 7 years ago. Now I'm a chip stealing, stabbing local
