Park Residence Hall, Ball State University

Park Residence Hall opened its doors in 2007 and is centrally located on campus. With high-tech accommodations, Park is traditionally popular with returning students. Rich woodwork, fireplaces with clusters of couches and sitting options, and two-story lounges with open staircases create a classic and cozy environment in the residence hall.
Park Hall has two-story lounges, multiple study lounges, a recreational room, and a large fitness center. The hall is coed and has semi-private bathrooms (a bathroom shared by a small number of students), as well as a variety of room types. The building's location is only a short walk to most on-campus dining options, such as Woodworth Dining and the Atrium.
