what an excellent presentation . I am small business owner and trying to learn DM for myself for two reasons, one to save money and other is that I know my business better than any other DM. The point is ..if one want to learn DM , he should know how a business works and how his end user will see his product or service.

Bhai Umar aajkal bhi badi agencies mein digital marketing ki value sirf performance ke hisaab se lagai jati hai, you are successful if you get results in terms of numbers, whereas kisi bhi badi agency mein client relationship advertising mein brand team hi sambhalti hai. A client like Airtel or Samsung have complete faith in their advertising leads and not the digital team. Jis client ka annual budget 100C r-1000 Cr hota hai woh apni agency ki client team ki hi sunti hain. Digital marketing is important component, no doubt ek ad agency jo business relationship sambhalti hai aur brand banati hai client usii ko value karta hai. Ek ad agency mein digital marketing ki value kuch bhi nahi hai. Ye tumne sahi kaha ki digital marketing koi game changer nahi hai aaj ke time mein, haan aaj se 20 saal pehle zaroor thi jab hum Rediff pe 500 Rs. CPM inventory bech dete the, aajkal Facebook pe 500 Rs mein ek week ad chala sakte ho with results in terms of sales. Aaj ki date mein agar career banana hai to be ready change and focus on 1 thing called niche, apne niche ke champion bano, bus. Period!

How to start learning Digital marketing from the beginning first you need to clear basic so you don't need to go to any institute you just need to download udemy then choose one course from there finish the whole course.
If you finish basics from there then come to Umar tazkeer sir's UA-cam channel then he will tell you what "strategies and Data"are. After getting a deep insight.
Now you are ready to make a decision whether you should opt for paid courses or not.
On the other hand if you are already experienced or you are experienced in sales or marketing (2-3 year) so I would suggest chose IIM courses because nowadays most of IIM is offering course with collaboration. But you have to pay heavily on it.

Yes, I understood the imp. points you have shared. But I want to add on some more points:
1. I have interviewed multiple students claiming to have practiced digital marketing at an Institute. When we cross-checked the institute website and social presence, I found the Institute has no attractive website or social media presence. They are just offering marketing courses at ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 which is not worth it. Not a valuable business.
2. Candidates who enrol into digital marketing course, should be curious to learn and practice it daily. Digital Marketing is a part of Marketing. Institutes must teach "Marketing definition and concepts" before "Digital Marketing". The candidates should know about the Marketing Plan, Survey, Financials, etc when building strategies for any business.

Sir mera according institute bhi agar Achi khasi hai tabhi join karna sahi qki choti moti institute to khud youtube par dekh kar hame sikhate hai aur khud kam batayenge aur UA-cam ka video hi dedenge bas course khatam hone ke baad certificate milta hai wo benefit rahta hai isliye mere according choti moti institute jane se acha hai ki youtube se sikh lo but aapke paas laptop ye computer hona chahiye khud ka badi institute me jaa sakte hai wo sayd thoda thik thak hi sikhate honge but har koi afford nahi kar paata hai badi institute ki fees to wo youtube se hi sikh sakte hai
only join the institute if you get to interact with mentors who are actually working in the field. getting to ask doubts and seeing them create strategy and break things down to implementation truly feels like watching an artist and statistician at work
@@tanmaypanadi1414 But not everyone can afford the fee of well known computer institute. They charged 50000 and lakhs of rupees for courses like digital marketing & Ethical Hacking. And Joining normal institute is a waste of time because they didn't teach in detail. I was also joined the normal computer institute and they teach less and gave youtube videos. So maybe UA-cam channels are teaching better than normal institute. Joining internship in Good Digital Marketing agencies will be better if they gave all projects because even many digital marketing agencies are not teaching in detail they also gave back office work to digital marketing intern even knowing that we are joining for learning digital marketing not back office work.

I want to ask one thing, as a beginner marketer we have to choose one specialisation like seo, Google ads, SMO etc but in those specialisation should we opt for strategic approach or for specialised approach in that as well(for ex if I start with seo than I have to focus on making result oriented strategies like driving traffic or increasing serp ranking or I have to follow one speciality like link building, optimisation of meta title & desc). I am asking this doubt because every interviewer asks me how much links I can make or how much blog titles I can optimise for them but according to my knowledge as a marketer we have to focus on result driving approach. We have to gather original data as per our goal, forcast strategies according to our goal, implement these strategies and have to take further decision in respect of it. I want your guidance on this confusion that my approach is correct or I have to change my approach. Secondly I want to ask that marketing is a specialisation and it is totally depend on other industries like finance, IT, fmcg etc. Should I have to choose a particular/specialised industry or work on any random projects?
