I share much of the frustration and/or disappointment with this movie that others have spoken about. I kept yelling at Annie to tell Ty how she felt; kept yelling at Ty to dump Danny; kept yelling at Danny to go away; kept yelling at all of them to put down the alcohol and drugs. Needless to say, I was hoarse by about 3/4 in.
Potential wasted on a much anticipated movie. Oh well.

I've seen it just yesterday and I will say, it's been one of the biggest disappointments in movie history.
A group of people, all looking for a deeper connection in an environment so shallow that nobody is getting anywhere, where everybody drowns their misery in drugs and alcohol on a daily basis.
There's no romance in this movie at all, a bit of kissing where afterwards everybody goes home alone, that's it.
Even friendship is just a meaningless word, because under the near permanent influence of drugs and alcohol even a simple favor like help moving a couch doesn't get done.
The "highlight" of the movie is when Taylor admits to have kissed Annie just to make Danny jealous, which didn't even work.
If you're in a good mood and would rather be depressed, this is what you could watch, in any other case it's a waste of time.
