How to get a Thunder Dash Mount
1: Get 20,000 Honor Points.
2. Buy a Stormdarter from an Honor Point Collector.
3. Level the Stormdarter to 50.
4. Get 30,000 Honor Points.
5. Buy Shining Lightning Essence with the 30,000 Honor Points.
6. Talk to the Honor Point Collector again with armourless Stormdarter out.
7. Awaken your Thunder Dash!

- Obtain a Stormdarter from Gilda Star Soul Merchant; the Daru in Austera, Solis Headlands or Marianople.
- You will need to put down a Small Breath of Life + the mount soul + materials to grow them (shown in page here:

- Then max it to level 50.
- Buy 15 Honorforged medals from Honor NPC.
- Summon your stormdarter in front of the NPC to receive the upgrading quest and awaken. Make sure your stormdarter doesnt have any armour on!
Where do you craft (upgrade to thunderdash) once you have the 15 honorforged that can be purchased for 30k honor from honor vendor? And what armor would you recommend?
@@iamunknown8699 i havent doen it myself but i assume it would be the same as in the vid to upgrade to Thunderdash. Think I used the prestige mount armor for the extra speed %
Thank you for responding. Maybe I wasn’t very clear! You say in your notes this is different in unchained. This is true. I have purchased this mount for 350 gildas and awakened with life. Now I have levelled it to 51 but don’t understand how to get him to thunderdash. You have wrote it requires honorforged x15 which I can get. But once I have it where do I go to upgrade him?

@@AyinMaiden Thank you - yes this worked. The quest was available from a honor collecter at lvl 50 darter. I am using mane armor but wondering what is best for him :) he looks great.

Hey Ayin! I was wondering if you have any tips on farming Honor Points. What methods did you use? Another question is how did you level up your mount to 50? Companion crusts? It'd be nice to know the tricks :)
I just do rifts, arenas, halcyona war etc
I make my mount afk run :P

It took me month of pvping to get 4000 honor I dont know how to heck people get so much honor u guys must be grinding arenas like 12h a day

alexhype1 Use companion Crust, and if you can not afford that, do some library and kill mobs with your mount summoned :) i suggest 3rd floor if you can't go to (Golden Ruins) and kill them BIG TREES :) give you like 9,000 xp a kill

Daniel Robert and alexhype1 Just run all over your faction with the mount. it gets exp while you have it out and ride it. or kill alot of mobs with your mount out as they get exp when you kill stuff.

+Tami Tetoua When compared to other mounts that have really good armor, no. However, if you put that armor on this mount (which I believe is possible, correct me if I'm wrong), then it would get bumped back up to first. Either way, look at that thing! :D
+T Conaway When you say "that armor" to which one are referring to?
Any of the higher quality armor that gives speed. I did look it up though after you asked. This mount WILL be faster than most other mounts (even with speed-giving armor), except for a few of them. If you put speed-giving armor on this mount, it will become twice as fast as almost every other mount in the game.

For this mount, it's the same as before. Unlike black arrow where you can now buy for 500 gildas.
