I got 68% in 10th, 97.6% in 12th....got above average in SAT, GRE,...94.2689 percentile in JEE mains....a pretty good score in TOEFL....Do I have a chance??

Hi, CGPA does play a major role. The higher it is, the better. Above 8/10 would be considered decent.

Well you just need to do some sort off work there. There is no fixed placement

Yep PTE is Accepted by 60 is a bit on the lower end don't you think? You can aim for 79+/90 for best results

Students with higher % tend to have better chances. However, you can still try if all the factors are good :)
