Love that you may be coming to Florida but idk about the Miami area. I also suggest going a bit north in the WPB, Wellington, or Palm beach gardens area.
My thought the whole time. Everything in Miami is already 30-1hr away with traffic, might as well live more north where it takes the same amount of time.

Just a few months after we moved, the hurricanes hit and I have never seen so much damage from storms before. But Miami, St. Pete, Tampa, and those coastal areas seem to now be getting hit back to back every year--just something to be mindful of!

I've lived in FL my whole life, but we moved away from Miami. The Tampa area is honestly much better and the outskirts have really good schools. Just an idea, I know there are a lot of opinions out there. Tampa is the perfect blend if you don't want to have the craziness from Miami and Orlando.
As a Florida native born and raised in Miami and lived in all of the major cities in Florida please don’t move there. You will hate your life. The weather sucks, traffic sucks, people suck. It’s a hotter and more humid LA and not really family friendly. I live in Jacksonville currently because of family and I lived in Orlando for 4 years. Tampa is an amazing city, definitely has more family friendly areas and people are nicer. Orlando is nice but very touristy. As a person in my young 20’s I very much enjoyed Orlando. Traffic near Disney sucks but the east side of Orlando is really nice specifically winter park and Oviedo. Great schools as well. Always something fun to do or going on in Orlando and kid friendly. Also lots of great food I have a million recommendations if you ever go there. Jacksonville is a no. Don’t move to Jacksonville Florida. I have an 8 month old and my family and I are planning on moving near Orlando or Tampa. miami is fun for business and activities for both of you but for actual living i would suggest central florida i made the change years ago and it’s a lot calmer even with the theme parks and safer during hurricane season and you’ll actually have colder weather during the fall/winter and the beaches aren’t so packed!
How exciting! I know people are just trying to help but don’t let the comments scare you about Miami. I’m born and raised here and I can honestly say I love Miami with my heart. There will be problems everywhere you go if you look long enough.
Moving is so difficult, especially when you’re trying to plan where you should build your forever home kind of my boyfriend and I’ve been together for four years and he’s always lived in California and I lived in Washington as a kid, but then moved to California and lived here my whole life, and after four years of saving we finally bought a 60 acre property in Maine it’s gonna be a huge adventure, but I’m so excited for all the snow
I currently live here in south FL Miami area, it is def changing and gentrification is a huge issue lol...its also hella expensive and the crime is not too great recently so pls be careful when choosing. Also, you have to learn Spanish. it is a necessity here in Miami. love you guys just pls do your research.
Lived in FL for 6 years, loved Daytona area, then moved to Tampa for a couple years and it was not for me. Realized there was way too many people moving down there, too busy and crowded. Miami is similar, pricey and not great with crime so definitely look into safe areas/family friendly. One street can be great and next street can be very bad. Loved living there, but remember hurricanes and what you’re looking for as a home :)
Recently moved to Florida! Personally I think it’s a better option than LA to raise a family, I loveee Orlando but if you’re looking into Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Palm beach, FLL, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton. If you guys need advice or recommendations hit me up! And regarding the comments on hurricanes I would say that the bad ones are usually on the Tampa area
New O2L reboot idea. Since everyone in the group have such new lives compared to the old times, it’d be fun to see you guys make videos w/out each other like old times. There doesn’t even have to be a theme like before. Just whatever content yall wanna make or vlogs or whatever. Feels like if yall actually move, it’s gonna be such a new era, so getting O2L back for that same reason would be really cool and a nice spin on the O2L channel
it's so crazy to me that the pools over there aren't fenced, here (in Australia) you get fined for not having a fence around the pool even if the backyard is fenced already hahah
Florida is great. The summers can be brutal no doubt. Miami is very busy and expensive, wouldn’t recommend raising a family there. The outskirts can be a better option like Boca Raton, Ft Lauderdale, etc. Tampa is nice too.

And i was like confuse thats all. So I am pretty sure I am not the only one upset about this news. But happy as well. I know sometimes you got to take risks on moving forward. And do bigger things. So I am happy for Kian and Ayla. They want to make memories with their baby boy.
@@serenaramirez4159 why are you upset???? its not your life dude sheesh all worked up cause someone YOU THINK you know personally is moving out of an area theyve lived in for decades. Shesh go and touch grass dude too worried about someone elses life choices that doesnt effect you;
@ Obvi you didnt read my other comment because you didnt look. I have been a fan since O2L. I been a fan of KNJ for years. I have a right to be upset. Everyone has their OWN opnions. Its upsetting to see people leave out of the friend group Sooo many people did. And its life i get it. But i know life goes on and they want to make BIG changes. And they want to make memories with their son. I get it. Its just idk if theyre still going to do KNJ. If they are… great if not then ya know they want to be seperate and go on with their lives. Don’t come at me.
miami is fun for business and activities for both of you but for actual living i would suggest central florida i made the change years ago and it’s a lot calmer even with the theme parks and safer during hurricane season and you’ll actually have colder weather during the fall/winter and the beaches aren’t so packed!
idk what I’m gonna do when vlogmas is over cs imma miss this
I just want to say I am so happy for you guys! 🫶
At least Kian is fluent in Spanish
Living in socal they’re probably used to Spanish since it’s very prominent here as well
Lived in FL for 6 years, loved Daytona area, then moved to Tampa for a couple years and it was not for me.
Feels like if yall actually move, it’s gonna be such a new era, so getting O2L back for that same reason would be really cool and a nice spin on the O2L channel
it's so crazy to me that the pools over there aren't fenced, here (in Australia) you get fined for not having a fence around the pool even if the backyard is fenced already hahah
i thought coast and jc's kid are gonna be besties growing up 😭
I live a few hours away from Miami. I would faint if I ever got to meet you guys.
I love Coast’s curly hair ☺️
Perfect timing
Florida is great. The summers can be brutal no doubt. Miami is very busy and expensive, wouldn’t recommend raising a family there. The outskirts can be a better option like Boca Raton, Ft Lauderdale, etc. Tampa is nice too.
That house is stunnnnninnnng. 😍😍😍 the first one!
Congrats!!!
You are a great mom Ayla!
Look at some property in the coast of South Carolina! Very cheap and very beautiful!🫶🏻
Love to see yall 😊 loving the logo
Miami is the best. I was born and raised there and can't imagine living elsewhere. I wish you guys the best !!
Omgosh what about coast and jcs baby growing up together and knj future😭😭 I’m gonna cryyy
I’m not sure the reasoning behind moving to Florida because of the flooding. You have a baby AND coast 😉 Please keep yourselves safe❤️
