Hi, question po paano makakuha ng product notitication? Also how much ang fee for late renewal?
I have LTO cosmetic trader also late renewal na rin pala ko di ko napansin (October 1,2021 ang expiration)

Hi Rheigel!
For product notification, this is not available in e-services. So you will have to use your e-portal. And if you will have a late renewal, the charge will be twice the renewal licensing fee and an additional 10% per month. If October 1, 2021 po ang LTO expiration, you can still file po since hindi pa naman siya expired. September pa lang po ngayon :) Avoid late filing to avoid penalties.

same problem tayo Sir,. super late na yung expired ko., nakakuha nako nang product notification s ibang products ko., pero yung products na ini.intake CPR yung require nila which is no idea ako., saklap

Mga ilang days bago maka recieve ng confirmation na ok na renewal ng lto

Hi, sa payment po dapat within a day po makakatanggap kayo ng notification via email as acknowledgement, if paid online. Then for the confirmation ng renewal ng LTO via e-services is 3-7 days after ng posting ng payment, makikita niyo ang renewed LTO nyo ready for download.

Pano po if CDRR- start nung license number po at hindi LTO

Hi Wennie, ilagay nyo lang po mismo yung pagkakalagay ng license number sa LTO. Example: CDRR-RIVA-MDI/W-XXX
As in copy paste niyo lang po yan.

Hello po, na try na po ba nila gumamit ng incognito browser at mag clear cache? If na try na po, possible na down system kaya ganun.
If wala po notification na naka down ang system. Call FDA na po.
