Dina runs so effortlessly and gracefully, it’s beautiful to watch. She looked like a man against boys over those last 50 metres - they way she ate the rest of the field up so quickly - in totally different class!

First female sprint medals since Cathy Cook in the early 80’s (who ran against all the drugs cheats) so she’s a really, really big deal here in the UK! And her technique is beautiful, you gotta admit that? 👍

Even Miller or Felix hasn’t come close to those 80’s 400 ‘world records’. Those governments were systematically doping all their best athletes...
