Yes! I thought the same thing when she said it’s a lot of food, I thought maybe for a more sedentary person but not for doing as much physical work as she is doing! Especially doing it all alone.
I was thinking he same thing. Especially bc of all the veg. It makes you feel full but it’s really low calorie. Maybe that’s contributing to her feeling so exhausted towards the end of the day.

Don’t know what’s in the smoothies but based on the size of the “lunch” I can’t imagine they’re adequate. I’m all for making better food choices but most of us tend to associate restrictive eating with healthy eating which is so far from reality. There are also virtually no carbs, no wonder she’s feeling so exhausted! The only case where this “diet” might be appropriate is if she is doing an elimination diet to figure out what’s causing her gut issues. Where this phase of the diet is as short as possible because it’s too restrictive to be healthy, and you’d start adding other foods back in one at a time...I kind of doubt that’s the case here though.

Yes! After we had our roof replaced I kept finding humungous nails along the sides of the house in the beds. Any work will have nails and or screws left on the ground.
Next vlog, I wanna see a rest day!! It’s hard to stop when you’re excited and seeing so much progress...but it’s soooo important to give yourself some chill time. And I’m now going to use “sparkle day” as often as I can🥰

Love how everything is coming along! Hope your stomach issues feel better...if you still have issues on your new diet, you should get a food panel done! I was having stomach problems, did a food panel and found out I had sensitivities to a couple really common foods. I cut them out and omg, felt so much better! It was crazy how much of a difference it made. Good luck on the home and food journey!
When putting as much energy as you are into demo, please don’t forget to feed your body properly. It’s entirely possible to nourish your body and still “diet”. Remember to get good dollops of healthy fat into your food (avocado, coconut oil, ghee) so your body can burn it as energy ❤️ Matcha is also great for antioxidants & energy boost. Take nice epsom salt baths to help with muscle aches, and hydrate hydrate hydrate. Thanks for your amazing content!!
