Great job Dave you guys have the 135 looking like new. After market stuff is a pain in the you know what. Never seems to fit right in my experience. Great video 👍
Hi Dave, I'm back with you. Thanks for your kind words, the Op went well and I'm back home with the family. What a treat hearing the old girl fire up. Took me back to some lovely memories. Cheers, Poth.
Hayes is clearly babysitting again! Good to see Andrew is keeping you right so my gob is shut. Despite the spurious parts issues, 135 is looking almost as good as the apprentice. Keep up the good work. 😂😂😂😂😮😮😮😮
Yes that little glass on the rh lower panel is for the trip handle of a massey 40 loader to come through. The weather cap on the exhaust spoils it IMHO. They never had one originally. Still a tidy job👍
135 looking sweet 🤌. Thise aftermarket parts are a pain. Especially when trying to work with the original cab, aftermarket wings from one company and aftermarket canvas from another 🤯
Hi there Dave. Check this before ypu act, but I think that knock-out piece of glass should be over beside the airfilter rather than the handbrake side. I spent lots of hours on one the very same and my uncle still runs his ow. flexicab 135
The old 135 is starting to look like a new 135 and these after market parts are not great, they don’t fit correctly and they are very cheaply made so always better to do up and old part sooner than fit a new after market part. Great video as always.
Great job Massey Dave & apprentice 😍 They were the nicest cabbed 135s in my opinion and you are making a great example of it, fair play! 👍 Re the side canvas over mudguard Dave... have you the front of it threaded through a separate piece of tubing at the back of the one where the door latches?
@@MasseyDave 👍👍 Thanks Dave. Is there a "pocket" in the canvas at the back where the flat tab on the back light tube fits? Always wondered what that tab was about?? Thought it might be where rear curtain hooked
I need new rubber for RH door of my 135. I think got the same new side windows as u for my totally original 135. They r a real bad fit, same prob as u have plus bottom next door 2 much cut out of them. Very expensive for what they r! Plan to get a new set made locally.
Hi Dave love your videos class job on the 135 by both of you 👍
Thanks 👍
Hearing that 135 start up brings back memories. Great video again.
Cheers 👍

Never mistake a 135 starting up sound to itself. Hope you can get the side panels sorted
👍👍 we will sort it 👍

Yea I know ! ,,, and I’ve put it the wrong side ! 🤦♂️🤦♂️ they were a pain fit ! So they will be staying put !
😂😂 They will do the same job regardless which side they're on

Yea , agree !! But customer supplied them , old ones were fair rotted out ! Cheers
Would a gentle application of a heat gun on the side panel help it to stretch a little perhaps?.
Hi Dave 135 is a lovely tractor I am currently restoring a mf 35 and am just wondering where you got the white exhaust, or what paint you used thanks
👍 local motor factors

@@philipoconnor2236 yea there is , these are reproduction canvases so all a challenge to make fit
Hi Dave can you supply these bars which go through the canvas cabs and rear window panels For an MF 165,
Umm , not sumthin I’d have , possibly could make 🤔 but don’t know if dimensions are same as this 135 cab
@@MasseyDave thanks, i will look at the measurements on one which exists, I work abroad so when I back on leave i will check
Where did you get these canvas parts as I have a flexi cab 165 that I might want doing up in the future
Hi , thanks for watching 👍👍 cabparts interiors in wales
@@MasseyDave thank you
Hi where did you get the new rubbers for the glass on the flexi cab? 😊
I have a supplier I use , they were a close match but I had to trim in places to make fit 🤦♂️
