Tips: When P-Ranking, dive is your best friend. You can descend quick and still keep momentum. Memorize the layout and stuff needed! To be able to access lap 2, you need to have already beaten the level.
I've been trying my best to make Bloodsauce Dungeon my first P Rank (Not counting bosses, those are too fun to P Rank) and the 3rd secret has continuously kicked my ass, interesting to see you take your time and not immediately panic like I do lol
The third secret I say jump and the press really quickly down in preparation for those blocks. Also you gotta get out of there quick because your combo meter will be pretty low by then

Started playing yesterday. 1/2 of the time it just me hitting walls
On floor 1 the only difficult level is Bloodsauce, mostly because there are a few empty stretches on the escape

I honestly just take my time because if you panic it's easy to get hit and lose your combo
