I didn't think it was possible to love this song more than I already did, but you've gone and done it again. Fantastic job here. Bassline is super funky and the CPS2 guitars are just perfection. The Alpha 3 footage in the background fits really well too, I think. God I friggin' love the JP/EU SCD soundtrack. Yep, this is another one for the favorites playlist.
This is why i subscribed to this channel, i have 0 regrets, because this sounds absolutely SPLENDID with this soundfont.

You definitely retrofitted Sonic CD into Evil Ryu! It sounds like he's got "Disco Intent!"
According to his storyline in Street Fighter Alpha 3, Cody became a criminal from fighting to the point where he would get into criminal brawls. I for one wished that Capcom had given him a traditional orange prison jumpsuit instead of that stereotypical, old-timey jail/prison jumpsuit, but that's just me.

@@TheLegendofRenegade It's nothing personal, honest. I just despise the use of MIDI sequences because it produces a much lower-quality product than if you were to do it from scratch.
@@R3SerialDreams2 i dont personally think the use of MIDI files determines the final products quality that is down to the person making the remix.
In an ideal world I would love to make all my remixes from scratch but I would probably only have like 20 videos by now if I did lol
@@TheLegendofRenegade No offense, but all the remixes I've heard that use MIDIs as their foundations sound extremely flat and bad. The same thing here, not a lot of effort was put into making the remix sound good.
It just sounds like you fed the MIDI through a converter.
Because of that I would hesitate to call this good or original.
Besides, I would rather have 20 tracks that are mine to be proud of than have 200 that I lifted from other people.

In another universe where the Saturn was a thing world wide and Capcom did the VS series with Sega instead. 1996 would be Virtua vs Street Fighter while 1997 would be Darkstalkers vs Sonic the Fighters

Now if they did this crossover around 2009-2012, I could see this roster happening: Sonic-Lord Raptor, Tails-Huitzil, Knuckles-Rikuo, Amy-Felicia, Shadow-Demitri, Rouge-Morrigan, Omega-Victor, Espio-Bishamon, Blaze-Donovan, Big-Sasquatch, Cream-B.B Hood and Chaos-Anakaris. DLC Characters could definitely involve the likes of Silver, Metal Sonic, Lilith and Hsien-Ko. Bosses could be Eggman-Jedah with Pyron being the final boss to unite the sides if he used the Chaos Emeralds.

I would love to, but I don't have the instruments. If someone could guide me on how to rip the samples cleanly from the roms I would do that in a heartbeat

@@kaceejones2282 FYI, the FM Synthesis part of the chip, I have no trouble extracting as I can convert them from VGM files. The issue I have is managing to get the samples cleanly.
There are a few forums out there with NEO Geo enthusiast who have made all sorts of software, but I couldn't find anything user friendly
