@@bershitkash9398 That's dumb. L also has to be on point to make the game interesting. If he gives himself away, that's on him/her. Why does Kira have to let it drag when he could be arrested and lose?

Yeah?! Then why isn't Kira killing everyone whose ID they stole? What are the tasks everyone has to complete which aren't killing or detective related, that Fanfan could use it as an excuse to get close to people? its one of those games that might be easy to understand but hard to master. i played for 5 hours already, but i still got surprised by almost every match. very recommended.
Investigators- complete tasks, counter tasks and don't get your id's stolen. Try to arrest either a follower when they have ids or the deathnote, or Kira when they have ids or deathnote, take note of people who are alone or trying to steal ids or avoid doing L tasks Kira and follower: steal ids, kill people with the deathnote, swap those items between eachother in case they get arrested or so they can gain trust by being close to investigators and doing tasks, blend in and do some L missions to not be suspicious
I’ve only seen this game once, but to clarify, as the imposter, your goal is to swipe IDs from investigators, and as long as you have one, you can write down their name to control how they die? It’s a bit disappointing that this is just another “among us” game. It’s decent, but it feels like a missed opportunity to take social deception into new territory, especially with something as iconic as Death Note. The game has some good elements, but it also feels restrictive. It could’ve been a lot more interesting by incorporating a time-skip feature, like “No Time to Relax,” but reimagined as a social deception game. Or it could play with setting up a sequence of events within a limited timeframe, then showing the results the next day. Information would be spread out, with everyone receiving bits of different intel. To keep communication strategic, you could use chat logs where you reach out to others, spreading misinformation or correcting details. This setup would require deductions based on timelines. Special roles like a chief of police or a master detective would add layers, but without feeling like another Among Us clone. I don’t dislike it, but it’d be great to see something besides more Among Us replicas. Even a modern spin on something like Town of Salem could be more engaging.
Well to add onto the rule sets: - You can only kill two investigators per day - When someone is voted out, they won't be out of the game it just furthers their alibi (still of suspicion of being a Kira follower) - No emergency meetings, making the discussion part important as it's the only time that you get to vote out Kira - Kira and L have command events that can be used throughout game, So like Sabotage for Kira on the otherhand L is for further gaining evidence - There's also setting up camera's rather than a pre built one Anyways these changes are simple and there are plenty more, if you actively try to understand the mechanics it should be pretty fun. Although these added rules and changes are simple, It's how you get to the goal that matters in these types of social deduction games and not the goal itself. So i might say your undermining the game a bit too much considering the different changes.
