I used a piece of timber just the right size to stop the lower bracket from twisting when the bolt was tightened. It needs to be facing directly downwards so the sump guard bolts engage easily.

I found it much easier to put the brackets on the guard, then install the whole thing as a unit.

Can i order those nuts applied on sumpguard or where can i get them, please tell if we can buy seperately
