✔️INGREDIENTS:
1 large aubergine
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
2 medium potatoes
Sweet paprika
🔹
1 Tomato
2 green onions
Fresh parsley
Grated gouda cheese 100g
Grated Parmesan 60g
Salt and black pepper
1 Egg
🔹
Tomato puree 80g
Grated mozzarella 100g
Dried oregano
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 35-40 minutes, finish the last 15 minutes uncovered!
