Are you running java se 15,cause i am using that and downloaded Mysql connector 8.0 and followed the same steps, still its saying that no suitable driver found for root
For this video I have used jdk-16.0.1 & mysql-connector-java-8.0.27. Please check compatibility.
Do we need to set add the jar file in eclipse though we add it in CLASSPATH ? Please reply
If u r developing web application keep connector.jar file in lib folder of tomcat.
Other than that u configure ur build path.

their for selecting libraries we create project then we go to librairs build path etc then we select module path i m not getting module path

Hey please help when I'm extracting the file than the jar file is not converting into executable jar file...... It's like normal file.... What should i do to make it executable jar file...... And one more thing the file is not even showing Java img....... Please help if you can

mam how to work using all this? Because in my assignment we are already given sql files by university and we have to connect them to a java file using jdbc. Also i dont know how to work in java and sql in a ajava file (we also have to solve some queries in sql). But i dont know how can i write sql in java file? (Is there any other method i can work with?). Is there any video related to this?
You can import your sql files using mysql workbench.

then what is the use of workspace
Workspace is a directory where all your project related files will be stored
jar file opens on notepad what can i do ?
U don't hv to open jar file.. Just add it to your eclipse project

@@CSCORNERSunitaRaithank for giving rply mam.your video are giving me depth knowledge about java but mam i dont wanna use netbin i want to use eclipse with jdbc .mam your videos on netbins but i wanted can i do the same thing with eclipse. mam i downloaded connector but my using command prompt to check that driver connect or not i have download the my sql app i think so.cause only by using connect/j it not gonna work.
