When you said heart chakra, I first heard right shoulder. I've had shoulder problems since mid April (currently in PT). Thank you for confirming it partially is related to my heart chakra.

@therainbowveil I'm still feeling my way thru yesterday's personal session. It was my first 'rough' one and brought up a lot of angst, grief, and fear needing released from my heart and lower chakras. Idk wtf 'heart wings' 🪽 are and I'm being told the shoulder issue and reiki yesterday are all part of making room for them.
