"I was only climbing with 2/3 throttle!" he said. Exactly that is the problem. On full throttle the Mosfets dont have to switch that much as on 2/3, so they will become hotter on 2/3 throttle. Anyways, nice bird and I hope it will flight again soon.

Perche' lanciate questi modelli da fermo , e' bruttissimo vederli in evidente assetto di stallo , salvarsi solo grazie alla spinta del motore....basterebbe correre un po' e dare il giusta slancio con il braccio...non e' difficile !

You could hear something was wrong, maybe it lost a bearing. These motors don't look capable of what they're doing, they're only 500kv?? He must be using a super aggressive prop which stresses the esc and motor a lot, I wish I knew what kind.

Way too pitch sensitive. Looks like it has expo in it. Take it out. You need to feel every bit of movement in the Elevator.
