    I am considering this position. It breaks my heart to hear the stories. I am not sure I can do this position without crying.

    This is a challenging job and the State of Texas can't keep people employed in these positions they hire people into because the pay sucks! They wonder why they can't keep employees?? Here's the answer: "You don't pay them enough and keep promoting and giving pay increases to office workers!"
