- When Chvrches began creating the song Clearest Blue, they had a very different idea in mind. Learn what type of song Clearest Blue was meant to be, gain some insight into Chvrches creative process and hear clips of Lauren Mayberry singing demo's for the hit song.
I was hesitant to post this because I don't know if other people will find it interesting or if it only interests me because I love this band
Where did you found the acapalla that was played on the clip?
Chvrches Obsession great video. Very inspirational.. keep it up. Hope to see more videos like this
Chvrches Obsession 👍
I always find the creative process and the backstage things interesting. :)
I like this. I remember listening to this when the article came out
I love that solo soundtrack of Lauren singing, that would make a great version.
Obsessed with this song since heartstopper
Thanks CHVRCHES, SUPER VIDEO! ! !☺👍-💗 ✌✌
This is actually super interesting, thanks a lot for uploading!
Great job, as always. Thank you
Excellent. I really enjoyed this.
I want their demo album now!
I never heard of this band until I saw them play Glastonbury last year. I love this girls voice. I have a thing for Scottish and Irish women and groups. Like The Coors
Do you like The Corrs too?
that was cool, nice job
Cool stuff
Son reamente buenos. sigan así muchachos
Thanks for posting. I find it interesting they were trying to write something laid back?? ....... the band has to much energy to ever be considered laid back? That's why I like them ......
post more of this pls
Where's that demo its beautiful :O
kinda wish the part at 1:23 was in the song too...
Was he making random sounds or did he actually sing words?
He literally just listened to the song an improvised random sounds to fit as he went along. Lauren then found lyrics similar to the sounds.
Lots of artists put songs together using nonsense vocals just to get the composition and rhythm right, then go back and write lyrics later. The Red Hot Chili Peppers song Around the World was initially written with Kiedis scatting in place of lyrics, which were eventually added later. Apparently Flea's daughter liked the scatting so much they decided to put it back in- you can hear it in one of the choruses. A lot of songs are written that way.
2:27 where can I get the vocal track?
hi, where did u get the samples where she sings solo ?
