  • Chicken tikkah biryani
    "Tender chicken marinated in spices, grilled to perfection, and layered with fragrant basmati rice, whole spoces, and cardamom, finished with raita."
    𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶:
    Marinated chicken pieces is skewered and baked until tender.
    The curry base features sautéed onions, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and tomatoes.
    Layered with basmati rice, fried onions, and infused water.
    Simmered until the flavors meld together
    𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻:
    Chicken: 700 gram
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
    Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
    Yogurt: 200 gram
    Shan tikkah masala 1packet
    Food color: a pinch
    Food color is optional
    Now rest it for 30 or 1 hour minutes
    Place foil paper, coil on it and drizzle few drops of oil on it
    Cover it and smoke it for 2 to 3 minutes when gravey is ready
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮:
    Oil : half tbsp
    Marinated chicken
    Now cook it on high flame for 2 minutes
    Then cooked both side 5 minutes when color changed.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆:
    Oil: 1 cup
    Onion chopped: 4 large size
    Now cook it until color changes to golden brown on medium flame
    Cumin: 1/2 tsp,Bay leaf: 2,Cardamom: 1,Cinnamon: 1,cloves: 4-5
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
    Tomato chopped : 4
    Shan biryani masla 1 packet
    Salt : 1 tsp
    Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
    Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
    Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
    Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
    Chicken yogurt mixture
    Chicken tikka
    Cover it and cook it on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes
    Fresh Coriander,chili and
    Cover it and cook it on very low flame
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲:
    Salt : 1 tbsp
    Cumin: 1 tsp,Bay leaf: 2,Cardamom: 1,Cinnamon: 1,Cloves: Chili chopped
    Oil: 1 tbsp
    White vinegar : 1 tbsp
    Soaked rice : 750 gram
    𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
    Put gravey oil 2 tbsp
    Boiled rice
    Chicken Tikka Layer
    Repeted same layer
    Last layer rice
    Sliced tomato
    Coriander and mint leaves
    Boiled rice
    Orange food color
    Sliced tomato
    Sliced lemon
    Chili sliced and coriander leaves
    Fried onion
    First 1 minute : flame medium
    then turn flame to low for 15 minutes
