Apex Legends/Prowler Burst PDW Cardboard DIY

From Apex Legends, I have a cardboard crafted Plowr Burst PDW.
It can fire a series of rubber bands in full auto. It has 8 to 10 rounds. When the trigger is pulled, it will disperse all the rubber bands in an instant.
This kind of rubber band gun often uses a "pendulum type delay device" to reduce the rate of continuous fire, but due to the structure of the barrel, the rotor blades had to be placed horizontally, so a gravity-based delay device could not be installed. As a comfort, the speed of the rotor blades was slowed down by using cut ties.
It looks more like a shotgun than a submachine gun.
