    First time i view you were learning how to make different coffees and teas, then you open a cafe and then you started baking and now you are teaching classes, truly fantastic growth in four years. I consider you the "Cake Queen of Korea". I could not visit your country with out visiting you cafe and tasting some of your magnificent bakery items with a drip coffee! 😎

    I went to korea with my friends and I noticed how basically all of the cafes we've tried are obsessed with strawberries. Desserts look very aesthetic and very sweet and that's it.

    I suddenly had the urge to watch your video again, It's interesting how different your cafe looks like now and 3 years ago. Also, how could I forget how fun your baking videos are ... what a crime. By the way, i think you are good enough to open a class, your improvement is amazing (even though i haven't taste your cake yet ... but it's seriously amazing, you better trust me lol )

    The financiers are a nice addition to the cafe, I especially loved the Mom's cake with all the beautiful flowers. I like that you are always coming up with new ideas. 🥰

    The great chef Julia Child used a pegboard in her home that her husband, Paul, designed for her. He laid out her equipment in the most efficient pattern to make use of the board and then traced the shapes of each piece of equipment onto the pegboard with black paint. Wherever they moved to, she was able to quickly set up her pegboard and start cooking right away. She used that pegboard until the end of her life. It is now in the Smithsonian Museum along with her entire kitchen--a tribute to her gifts to cooks everywhere.🥖🥖🥐🥐🍞🍞🍥🍥🎂🎂🍰🍰
