Barry and June Steenkamp have displayed an unbelievable amount of strength and resolve in fighting for justice for their beloved daughter. Having heard the news of Barry's passing this morning, I can only hope he is at peace and has been reunited with Reeva in another realm.
Reeva was a sweet soul, taken too soon by evil. That demon was jealous and insecure, and could not stand the fact she was so beautiful and free to be her best self. I wish her family many blessings, their beautiful flower is blossoming in heaven, and her light is still shining brightly ❤
Did the court question Pistorius about the surprise Reeva had planned for him that day? She posted before Valentine's Day (women's magazine, internet - I can't remember where) what surprises other women would have planned for their husbands on Valentine's Day! She signaled that she wanted to surprise him that day. It seems to me that this could be the key to solving the case.
Reeva Steenkamp was shot dead by Oscar Pistorius deliberately because he was insanely obsessed with her and she was going to leave him. Finished and klaar.
My condolences to both of you. You are experiencing a tremendous, permanent loss. Oscar is guilty and unfortunately, he killed your daughter. However, forensic science doesn't lie. This is the tool that condemned Pistorius and discover is guilt. May God continue to bless you, and provide both of you with some sense of closure.
I think "they" had a very good idea what circumstances contributed to Reeva's death but "they" failed to thoroughly check all the evidence and they did not asked the right questions.

"If his version is true why should he lie". This statment makes absolutely no sense, that sentence is a paradoxical statment. Either he tells the truth in which it's the truth, or he lies because its a lie. Obviously he is not going to lie if it's true, but if it isn't true then he absolutely will lie to get away with it.
