    Hello Ethan! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have been practicing ashtanga (self taught because i live at the jungle). I haven't been able to make the lotto asana ever... knees hurt , tight hips.. and this video really helps me a lot. Hugs from Mexico!!!

    Hi Ethan, please could you do a video looking at updog? My teacher says it is overlooked a lot and I am struggling to get good extention. I practice with her once a month for a week so it would be nice to get a good reference point for my day to day 🙏🏼
