I have been there last week, the staff told me there is no any dorm available eventhough there is Dorm bed available as I asked one person who ia living there.
Management should take strict actions against such staff. They are destroying the very cause of Gurudwaras. Only option left is to lodge a complaint with gurudwara comittee.

Dixit ji I went there in 2022 and had the langar food and made this video for the poor and needy. Sure the staff is damn rude and higher authorities should take action. But I can't instruct them in anyway.🙋

Take it easy, pradeep ji. Many times it's full and there may be no empty beds, but if you doubt the booking staff is not behaving well, contact direct in the office with Head Granthi . Hope it works . It's Mumbai after all. One who gets charge behaves as if the place is his personal property.

I just visited that Gurudwara but I'm not a Sikh or any authority there. But you can ask personally. If Seva is your objective then you can go to any Gurudwara near you🙋

You are not wrong brother. The staff behaves like the owner of Gurudwara. They defy the very objective of such service and many people have complained the same. Gurudwara management must seriously check their staff behavior.

There are separate dormitories for normal people and patients. If any one refuses then contact directly in the gurudwara office with high authorities. Also you can try at Kharghar Gurudwara. Not so much. rush as dadar.👍
