Thanks for talking about weak Sun/debilitated Sun or Sun In Libra.. Yes, they are
1. Highly insecure - (Think if you have a manager with debilitated Sun, what will happen to your career?)
2. Suffers from inferiority complex.
(Per my research, it's mostly connected with childhood wound or trauma happened die to one's father's actions ex:Father might have had extramarital affair that jolted the person's childhood or the father abruptly left motherland to settle somewhere like it happens with war torn countries.)
3. Loves praises. Yes, they praise others to get praises from them and wants to get something from them.
Earlier in my career, I had worked with a manager who had debilitated sun and that point in time I had no idea about astrology but I do remember all his behaviors towards other women.. As I was a junior, he used to keep me (to balance the situation as I have exalted Saturn) in every firlting sessions he used to have with his women colleagues where mostly he praises them through demeaning me, my beauty, my personal life and in return those women (of course married and well settled) were feeling pumped up and glorified and allowed him to take charge of the business decisions on his terms....he has debilitated Sun. Its like "you scratch my back and I will scratch yours". And yes, any employee who is not praising them would immediately get into their bad books.
4. They make one of the most laziest and parasitic managers... They feel empowered and powered only when they are in control of others' lives who surround them technically, they come with high narcisstic Quotient.
5. Lacks accountability - They cross the lines and break the rules easily but instead of taking responsibility they misuse their power, their network and mislead the organization to cover it up through passing it on the one to whom they have wronged.. They go to any lengths to prove play the victim card ie misusing authority of people working in the system (remember Sun means government so debilitated Sun enables them to misuse the government privelages).
6. Since Sun is also electromagnetic waves, these people have the habit of misusing technology and database and server privelages ie., using technology to gather confidential data so that they can use it against the one to whom they have wronged and further create good image of themselves is the society. Many of the unethical hackers come with debilitated Sun.
7. Since its Libra and Sun gets debilitated HERE it creates lot of illusion and makes the person get detached from his consciousness (ie Sun and identity).. So, even though the person is married, he might have many extra marital affairs and short term relationships..
If Sun is darakaraka in a man's chart, all the mentioned above still applies to him as well as to his wife..Also, debilitated Sun makes a person suffer from identity issue.
It might be your observation (maybe a personal bias), but the same is not for all libra sun , there are 3 nakshtras and 9 padas sun travel through and many more combination of planet which creates a personality....the points described can also fit to all zodiac in certain ways (not to forget it's kaliyuga none is Saint either)
Also to mention that many great personalities are born in sun libra eg Aishwarya rai , King Khan ,Kamal Hasan , Virat Kohli , sardar patel .
It's just that some surrounding do not nurture a person to excel with certain planetary positions.
Also exalted Sun is not all rosy too....u will find high ego and self centred Ness which can lead to narcissism at a point eg. Adolf Hitler.

Astrology works only on the materialistic plane aka when you are chasing your materialistic pursuits.. And yes, FYI, real saints, yogis and spiritual gurus do exist to work for higher purposes.. You don't have to be saint to stick to company's values, business objectives and what you say as person in power.. Isnt it? Is it too much for an hiring manager to expect behave professionally, mind his own business and company's and not to interfere in other's personal affairs??? See, it may be the culture in America or west to have open culture and through that you grow professionally..
Yes, you were, right, corporate open culture is not good for the professional growth of many Indian Indian women because of "Open Culture" where the professional growth only happens if you go and do ga ga with their managers and higher management over the weekends and get sponsorships too ie., there is no value for any merit.. that's why the percentage of female employees is very low as low as 8% per the 2022 WPI survey..
Note: The manager that had mentioned with debilitated Sun (Chitra, Sun being Darakaraka- hence shady business behind the doors happened to promote his stupid instructions run wife to architect with the help of another stupid Illusionary American Digital Evangelist cum plagiarist (sponsorship).. a perfect theme of debilitated Sun isnt it??

Let me make bulleted points to make you understand:
Firstly, I just mentioned "my research" on the debilitated Sun/Libra Sun resonated with what this expert is saying in this horoscope.
Secondly, "tolerating others views" is a trait you should learn.
Thirdly, yes it takes two to Tango.. and you can do Tango only the other person also knows Tango and interested to perform it however the weakness of Sun in Libra is that they suffer from "illusions", so, they need to learn to "come out of their illusionary" bubble and see that tango never happened in reality it's just their "illusion"..
Its for this reason their spiritual journey never takes off.
Hope there is no illusion and confusion with what you are understand after reading this reply.
Note: If you want to shine brightly, up in the sky then learn to dance all alone in conjunction with the rhythm of the universe.. No one will share that responsibility, YOU need to burn aka burn your illusions to be that "Shining Sun" on your head else learn "to be humble" and "service oriented". Sun is our creator (we exist because of the Sun), our sustainer (he gives us an abundance of water, air and food) and our destroyer (he destroys darkness, our ignorance and we he ceases to exist we will all die). It makes more sense to worship something we can see and can't live without, as opposed to an invisible being a few people claimed to have seen. All ancient civilizations used to worship Sun, including Hindus. But then humans because too philosophica and started making up gods. Rama used to worship Sun, let that sink in.

Stayed away from the father since a very young age, he had very little presence in my life so far whatsoever and had/have issues with him while being with him, can say he failed as a male figure in my life as whenever I saw and interacted with him I saw him only abusing us & my mom financially, physically and verbally.
Because of him I’m very much afraid of getting married,becoming dependent on a man in any way and I don’t want to leave my kids vulnerable to their fathers or any mens abuse.
I have very low self confidence combined with low self-esteem and I have no egoistic nature.
My father has sun rahu conjunction in the chart and have some or more narcissistic traits and is very bragging, show off kind of a personality, have huge overblown ego because of which none of his relationships works or the other person has to compromise most of the time and he lost his father to cancer at an early age so that can be the reason somewhere of his inability to father his kids and to protect or provide for them properly without adding fuels to the already disfunctional home.

Sun isnt Shiva or Rama. Sun exists, we can see him, we can't live without him. Even Rama used to worship the Sun and no one has seen Shiva. The ancient Hindus were more practical that you, they used to worship the Sun, not gods they haven't seen.
Tantric worship and Vedic worship both are different. Both can be a path for Moksha.
