1) does it need wifi hotspot with internet ? 2) I have phone and if I do not have sim in it still can I use that phone to create hotspot and use that as wifi ? 3) Also when adding/setup of camera I created account from other mobile phone having internet and choose that hotspot created without sim is that possible ? 4) also can I then install ezyliv app on multiple phones and see streaming if needed ?

If I understand you meant I can turn on wifi AP of camera and connect my phone with wifi (no internet) to camera and see content / stream / feed live cctv ? If I add micro SD card then it will also show me history. only thing will be missing is remotely via internet I cannot see live cctv. mine is 2MP camera. 2- No but this camera have already wifi ap mode you can connect without wifi
